By keeping your skin healthy, you can prevent itching, redness, dryness. Try below tips: • Try to bathe only in warm water as hot water dries out skin. Use a gentle cleanser instead of soap or body scrubbers; these can be irritating. • Try to apply moisturizers on skin daily right after you bathe or wash your hands. • Avoid too much hand washing to get rid of dry skin. • Avoid your contact with skin irritants like cleaners or laundry detergents or things that can make eczema worse. Search on Google and learn what can irritate your skin so that you can avoid it. • Avoid Wool and synthetic clothes as these can be irritating, try to choose cotton clothes that fit well. Remember to wash new clothes before you wear them for the first time. • Avoid too much hot and humid weather. Try to rinse off right away in a warm shower after a workout. Try to lower your stress level. It may be hard to find time to relax, will it help you avoid symptom flare-ups.
