It does not seem like it at first, but move from an apartment can be just as stressful and tiring, as it moves into one. There are a lot of work to be done and it must be done first, especially if you have no right to remain flat. Since the apartment owner can not wait to get a new tenant, he or she must be pestering you to leave as soon as possible. Problem is, what if you do not have a place to stay just yet? What are you going to do?

How to move, you need to plan your move from the apartment in advance. Here are some tips to help you begin to move from:

1st Evictionr
You have to remember that even if you pay to live in the apartment, after all, you're still a tenant. Apartment owner has yet to have the last word on who gets to live in it. So, do you pay each month or the signed lease 3 years old, the owner still has the right to ask you to leave with proper notice, usually 30 days.

If you do not rent, I suggest you start looking for a new apartment, and soon. With leasing, you can still get kicked out as soon as you violate the policy of the tenant agreement.

2nd Notifying utility companiesr
There are cases where a tenant continues to pay utilities for the apartment he moved in more than a month ago.

For example, in Califo
ia, apartment owners are banned from part of utilities to a tenant out. So when you get out of the apartment, make sure you give the utility companies asking them to call to have their service disconnected as soon as possible. Give them your new address so they can still charge a fee for the service you use before you moved from.

3rd Notifying the owner of the apartmentr
If you are leaving on their own terms, be sure to write a letter to the apartment owner notifying him or her you are planning to leave the unit within 30 days. Person to deliver a letter and ask him or her to sign my copy of it, just in case, you may need in the future document.
