  • Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body and maintain regular bowel movements. Water also helps you stay fresh and energetic all day, by preventing pangs of hunger. Other beverages that might be consumed are juices, tea and coffee, all without added sugar.

Adding a dash of spices and herbs could be a great idea to make each meal delicious. While you are on the HCG diet, avoid eating out and partying till late, as it tends to disturb your regular diet routine.
