Do you feel that the cubicle walls surrounding you are more than just a physical barrier? Feeling bored working in such spaces and ever thought of getting rid of all these and set yourself free. rnWell! These walls act as much more than just a separation from you and your coworkers, they can be a mental blocker as well. If you ask me personal experience, I would say that Coworking spaces are best as they fuel up your creativity and collaboration while an office is just a cubicle space that simply contains individual thoughts and makes them feel bored of repeated thing about themselves and working on the same work with no opinions of others in their professional life.rnTo all those who are still juggling up with the difference between working in a coworking space and an own office, just dive in this fruitful content: 1. Blocked: Figuratively and LiterallyrnWhen you are enclosed all day in a small and cubicle box all day around with your eyes on the computer, you start feeling irritated. With nothing in sight expect constantly watching the grey walls surrounding you, with no way to escape, isn’t so? I know, who are working in such spaces might relate to the plight they go through daily. When I was working in such a manner, I too felt loss for words, motivation and even the loss of happiness due to the environment I was working in. rnWe all know that Offices are designed in a way to boost individuals’ productivity by taking care of their comfort, but people forget that individuals’ productivity and comfort is not just offering a clean environment and covering up their basic needs but more than that is an environment where they can discuss with coworkers to set their minds free from worries. rnOne of the most important advantages of Coworking Space is that you can collaborate with coworkers using comfortable meeting spaces, incredible technologies, and you can even relish having a snack while you’re at it too. rnThis is the prime reason a coworking space is much superior to the own offices as they truly offer an environment that rewards productivity and collaboration even if it’s outside of your own company. rnHaven’t heard of what Coworking Spaces are?rnWell! Coworking spaces are usually open offices with lots of comfy furniture, brand new technologies, and many hungry go getters chasing their dreams. rnThe true difference that lies between an office and a coworking space is the ownership, as often a company will buy or lease an office for their employees to work out whereas a coworking space is shared between whoever is a member of the space. rnTherefore, in coworking spaces you are not assigned a designated area, there is no obligation to sit in a particular space for continuous 8 hours, no one needs to hear loud phone calls or meeting in the room next door, in collaboration, if we say no one has to work alone. Isn’t it an amazing opportunity to work as you want! 2. Collaboration is the Key: The Major Advantage of Coworking SpacesrnWhile it’s pretty obvious to work together with people within your company when there are literal physical barriers in your way, the collaborative effort I am referring to here is something just a little different than that. rnCoworking space is often filled to the brim with the hunger go getters which have just started a business, or for those who have just joined a business or are looking for people who have just started businesses as mentees or partners. rnOne of the best benefits of Coworking spaces is that you are surrounded by many ambitious individuals almost all times throughout your work days that not only help you leverage your productivity but also encourage you, motivate you and even more offer connections that you undeniably would not have worked in one company office. 3. If we think in a Creative Aspect – What Makes a Coworking Space Better? rnIn some sense, Creativity has been blocked in an infinite number of ways that seem just as unclear. So, have you ever thought, what are the different ways to get creative? How does one jumpstart their creative engine and can hijack productivity? rnThe first thing that one can do to boost creativity is to set yourself free from all types of barriers, both mental and physical. Working in a cubical space with no-interactivity with the coworkers is just boredom, with zero enthusiasm and just non inspiring. rnBut when you are in a coworking space, you definitely can look outside the window, you have the freedom to talk to your coworkers. When I am reminded of authors like Hemingway and others, what set them best at their works, is the environment. Yes! The environment where they were free to look at the world from a window, contemplate what it means to them. rnSo, the same goes for your creativity in business, as there is no perfect fix, no perfect jumpstart, but the right environment that can produce unbelievably positive outcomes.
