Whenever a person decides to start yoga classes, the first thing that comes to his mind is what type of yoga clothes should I wear? Generally speaking, these clothes are almost similar to what you would be wearing for carrying out any strenuous activity or other types of exercises. Free movement is the most important thing in yoga and you would need a pant, shorts and a top so that every movement during the exercise is done without any restrictions. rnHow should be your top?rnWhile doing yoga you have to do lot of stretching, pushing and pulling and many movements are quite dissimilar from what you are used to. That is why when you choose yoga clothing makes sure that it is long enough not to ride up above your stomach or else you would be left pulling the end of the top down all the time out of embarrassment. This can take your mind away from the exercise you are doing, which does not fulfill the purpose at all. So how do you know, your yoga top is of the right size. While doing this exercise you will be stretching your arms upwards and then downwards when you bend from the hips. Try the top you have selected and see whether it remains below the abdomen and hip level every time you perform these two exercises. This will help you in selecting the perfect yoga top for yourself. Also make sure that the neckline is quite decent or else your cleavage will keep on popping out every time you bend which can be distracting to your neighbor. rnHow should be your pant?rnPant is an integral part of your yoga wear. When you perform any exercise you tend to perspire a lot. And due to perspirations and stretching your outfit clings to your body which can be pretty uncomfortable for carrying out further yoga practice. The best thing is to choose loose pant which will allow you to do all those leg stretching and bending exercises without coming in between. The pant legs and its waist height should also be taken into consideration. Ensure that your pants have high waist. A hip hugger or low waist pant are a total no-no. When it comes to the length, pants with Capri-length are the best as they cover enough part of your limbs without coming in between the lower limb movements.
