Ok…you took the big step. You own your own business, whether it be a franchise or not. You’ve worked hard at growing and nurturing it. You take it home every night to bed with you. You take great pride in the product or service you offer. Much time goes by and you realize it’s time to move on. Time to sell, for whatever the reason may be. You know your business inside and out, better than anyone ever could. How could you not? It’s been your life for a good long time.

“So what do I do? How do I go about finding someone to buy my ‘baby’ and allow me to realize my years of toiling by way of profiting all I can by the sale? I know how to run my business, but selling it? I have no idea.

I’ve called business brokers. Can you believe the huge fees they want? THOUSANDS!!!...TENS OF THOUSANDS!!! And they want me to sign a long term contract as well. They told me that even if I find the buyer I have to pay them their fees. No no…not me. But now what? I’ve checked all those “on-line” services. They give me generic information at best. Some a little better than others, but still pretty generic. Yes, they help but seem to raise more questions they don’t and can’t answer. You know why? Because there is no one there for me to talk to. No phone number….no advice line. Nota, nothing, no one. I’m not sure they even know what they are talking about. Who are they? They want to sell me their books, monthly fees for advertising, newsletters, yada yada yada. But I still have no idea what the heck to do. What happens when….or if a buyer comes around? What do I do then. What is the procedure? What if a question comes up that the “website” or the“do it yourself manual” does not address? Now what? So am I stuck paying those ridiculous fees to a broker? My business is pretty simple. I can talk to a buyer about its workings. I just don’t know the process for selling it. This is crazy. I’m at a total loss.

WHAT!?! You say I don’t need a business broker or any of those on-line websites to sell my business? What’s that you say?.....there’s another option? Are you kidding? I’ll be able to talk with licensed brokers? Ask questions? Get real answers? They’ll find me buyers and coach me though the sale? No way!! No long contract? No huge fees?.......... What’s the catch? …….There has to be a catch. Alright….I’m open to listening to what you have to say. No harm in that.”

The reality is many businesses really don’t need a business broker. That’s right……I’ll say it again….MANY BUSINESSES JUST DON’T NEED A FULL SERVICE BROKER! There has just not been a viable option available until now. You see, what you need are good buyer prospects and personal guidance to take you through the sale. Some of the on-line sites offer advertising services for sellers. The problem with that is you have to disclose who you are, your phone number and confidential business information. Guess what happens? You get calls from every Tom, Dick and Harry wanting information on your business. Guess when they call? During business hours when you’re trying to take care of your customers. Employees overhear. Clients and vendors see you are for sale. Believe me, it can be a real mess. And the worst part of it is almost all are not even real prospects. They’re out there kicking tires. In the mean time you’re wasting valuable time talking with them.

As a several-time business owner, I’ve walked many miles in your shoes. I’ve paid the price for the broker. Wow! That hurt. Those ‘do it yourself sites’? No thanks!

So I decided there had to be a better way. It had to be cost effective, efficient, provide buyer prospects, protect the sellers confidentiality and offer all the tools a seller would need… but most of all provide licensed professionals in the field for a seller to talk with. Yes, you heard right… talk to. Someone with the skill set and knowledge to assist a seller with any questions they may have; to guide them through the different stages of the sale; to aid them in realizing their dreams.

Thus was the birth of sellerconfidential.

This is a quality service that can provide you with what you need to effectively sell your business. From providing an opinion of value of your business, to guiding you through the closing. Best of all…..no huge commissions, no long contracts.

You owe it to yourself to take a good long look at sellerconfidential.

I’m so confident that this system works, that I’ll offer you a money back performance guarantee. That’s right… money back guarantee! See if the others will do that.
