Whatever Controls Your Heart Controls Your Destiny rnYour human compositional makeup consists of three main components: your heart, brain, and body. Each part has a level of importance and plays a distinct role in your existence. Even though they are independent in their responsibilities; they are interconnected and must rely on each other for you to think and act as a normal individual. Of the three, your heart is the most important and dominant player. Not only does it determine your beginning and end, it is the commander-in-chief providing the instructions, energy, and fuel to your brain and body. Your heart is also the origin of your feelings and emotions. Your brain is your computer and network master. It gathers, stores, and transmits knowledge, experiences, feelings and emotions between your heart and body. Your body is the mechanism that participates, performs and appears on life’s big stage. It takes its lead from your heart via your brain. It is the part of you that likes to see and be seen, look good, feel fit, and have that sex appeal. Your body expresses and displays the emotions and feelings of your heart. Within your heart, two powerful factions exist and are always vying for control. Faith and fear are in constant battle trying to control you and your destiny. Faith is the power believing you can and fear is believing you can’t. Faith is that positive force assigned to help you make dreams a reality. It resides in the same neighborhood with effort, courage, determination, and victory. The objective of faith is to help you be all you can be. Faith must be planted in your heart with knowledge, creativity, and imagination and then fertilized with performance, persistence, and perseverance. Faith will take you down the road of life leading, achieving, winning, and enjoying the best it has to offer. Fear is that shady character seeking to deceive, confuse and destroy your desire to achieve. It resides on the negative side of the tracks of your heart along with despair, defeat, procrastination, and laziness. Fear is always trying to crowd your heart with obstacles and excuses trying to deter your efforts and subdue your faith. Fear has no intentions of you enjoying life, achieving goals, or feeling good about yourself. Its main goal is to convince you that you’re incapable, inadequate, inferior and don’t have the right stuff. Fear will not let you succeed. It wants you to accept life as it comes and hang out with misery and regrets. Faith in yourself is the most important quality you will ever possess. Always believe you can, no matter what others may say and no matter what obstacles, situations, or circumstances you face. Never let fear take center stage.
