It is that rich in nutrients. Wheatgrass is made up of 70% chlorophyll making it rich in phyto-nutrients. It also contains live enzymes, vitamins, ninety minerals and nineteen amino acids. Extracting juice is not even difficult or time consuming with a wheatgrass juicer. Those who grow their own supply of wheatgrass can even say that is it a lot cheaper than buying organic vegetables and cooking them. Drinking fresh juice is a much better alternative to taking vitamin supplements in tablet form. Fresh wheatgrass juice has a little of everything in the mix. In addition, it is good for fighting and preventing certain medical conditions.
