Wheatgrass use has been recorded in the past centuries on more than one occasion. Our ancestors used it to treat various conditions. They applied it to sore wounds to make them heal faster and they even drank it to give them energy. Even Jesus himself preached about this wondrous plant and its potency.

Wheatgrass contains numerous health improving and energy boosting nutrients. Some of these are enzymes-the catalysts to every single chemical reaction that comes about in our bodies, multitude of minerals, a few vitamins like A, B, C, and E and a wealth of chlorophyll, a great detoxifying substance with various other health boosting properties.

The number one wheatgrass use would be the rapid detoxification of your body. As mentioned before, wheatgrass hosts a substance called chlorophyll in great quantity. Chlorophyll has strong detox quality about it, meaning it will give aid to the struggling lymph trying to flush all the toxins we are inhaling/consuming. Some people can become nauseous if they drink too much of the wheatgrass in the beginning of the inclusion of wheatgrass into their diets. That is due to the detoxification process kicking into high gear making the tissues release the toxins thus making them nauseous. As the body gets used to it, and gets rid of more and more toxin buildup, the nausea subsides.

The second wheatgrass use is kind of linked to the first in a sense that both are attributed to chlorophyll. The chlorophyll has a role in improving circulation. You see, chlorophyll is akin to hemoglobin the protein formed in blood and apparently, their molecules differ from one another in a single atom. This difference is no obstacle for your body since it can easily transform one into another- chlorophyll into hemoglobin, thus improving the blood count and circulation.

The third wheatgrass use is about problematic skin treatment as well as skin rejuvenation and tightening. Problematic skin or skin prone to acne, rashes, sunbu
and ulcers can be treated with wheatgrass. Dandruff prone scalp can be treated using wheatgrass by massaging the scalp with wheatgrass paste and then rinsing. Wheatgrass contains high amounts of vitami
E which is used by many beauty parlors for skin rejuvenation and its tightening.

Wheatgrass can be used to tackle the issue of problematic gums. Some gum diseases can be completely treated and cured by the use of wheatgrass. It is necessary to make a fine wheatgrass paste and apply it to the problematic gums, or you can use wheatgrass juice for that purpose and just hold it in your mouth several minutes. After a couple of days the gums should heal and regain their natural color.

As you can see, using wheatgrass can have a profound impact on your wellbeing. These were just a few most popular of many wheatgrass applications possible.
