When you find the self in lows; give the observance a chance to rejuvenate. There are moments in life when merely an anticipation of an unpleasant situation runs tremors into the entire body. Those are moments that draw out a fairly large portion of energy from us... they leave us weak as if we never could hold our physical structure intact. The brain seems to become totally inactive, the extents of the negative spell touch limits where ordinary movements of an arm or leg too appear arduous. It happens so because the entire existence of a being functions on the basis of one fuel that is termed as pranic energy. And the thoughts are absolutely capacitated to either enrich or eliminate the energy reserve from our body. When encouraging thoughts arise the pranic energy levels too ascend in a very healthy manner enabling us work much more than our normal routine... without any trace of fatigue. On the contrary when discouraging thoughts dawns upon us there is a massive withdrawal of pranic energy from our existence... eventually leaving us with a short duration where we personify into a vegetable. What should be done when one faces such situation? It is for sure that one cannot develop any strategy that works for certitude and ensures ones impunity from various karmic bondages or situations arising beyond ones own control. But there must be some procedure that can instil and install energy into a being and restore his normal functioning that shall produce appropriate response to the situation affront. According to Indian ethos sun is the source of entire nourishment to our planet and the remaining members of its solar family... it is also believed that sun draws its enrichment from a larger sun... of whom our sun is a micro entity. Not going further into facts of astronomy we confine to our immediate source of energy i.e. our sun. Its is a belief and practice that some contemplation upon the effulgence of sun (with eyes closed since open eyes cannot see sun and shall become harmed of its view) in the form of a meditation at any moment of day or night fills the being with requisite amounts of energy. In simple words the replenishments arrive with all immediacy without any delay and enable one cope and successfully manage situation ahead. No harm giving it a try while facing an odd situation or even in normal times. There are times when due to any reason the body and mind find self restricted from a joyful state... the body and mind experience heaviness. This state may be on account of some irregularity of dietary conduct or some thought related imbalances... or it may even happen due to no reason that surface on grounds of some accumulations of the past. Heaviness felt may be for any count but it is for sure that create a displeasure within which is unwelcome. People generally try to dissipate such state through a cup of coffee, alcohol, a gossip, a television surfing etc. But at times such medium instead of giving relief accrue to further accumulation. And the state of heaviness prolongs for more period of time. Then what is the solution? Yes one another solution this author has tested and tried on number of such occasions is a long walk at vastly open space. A place where there is nothing around and one finds engulfed with pure openness. Such vast expanse of lands afford too much of nature to pervade into our existence. We may not be able to see the forces of nature working upon us but they actually do their part effectively at the subtler levels of our tangible existence. The sky tattava (element) according to Indian ethos is borne with power that encompasses all remaining elements of nature. When given a fair chance the sky element can balance many imbalance within our existence... be it thought or body related. Coffee and its related mode may appear to work instantly but they mere produce a neuro transmitter that shall sustain to extents that are limited. Better give it a try and feel the difference but remember the most pertinent part i.e. walk with awareness of observing the belief that sky element is at working and is potent to manage your state.
