I heard Fitness Guru, Bob Greene, ask Oprah that question one day (a few years ago). I stopped to think about how I would answer the question.
At the time, I didn't have an answer! That made me feel very sad and I vowed, in that moment, that I would make some changes and begin to add, and feel, more joy.

This information is not for the skeptics; it's for people who are serious about living their life by intent, and with joy and purpose. I am living proof that these techniques work!
The key concept here is to imprint your goals in your mind, focus on that 2x each day (morning and night), and 'move towards that which you think about'. Your present thoughts determine your future. So, are you thinking about what you want in your life? Could you use a little more joy? Believe me, it's better than the alte
