“Who are you?” You might ask. Well, the answer is, “a human being just like I am.” And, we are all connected. How do I know? Well, it’s in the Book of Urantia. The life carriers, messengers from our Divine God, placed life plasma on our planet, Earth, a very, very, very long time ago, as our Earth began to evolve. It took thousands of years for us to develop as we are today. The color of one’s skin simply happened and that, too, is found in the Book of Urantia. It took me four years to read the book and learn so many things about our existence. Most of my questions about life, itself, as well as my place in it have been answered. I came to understand Jesus more, since his complete story is recorded in this book. But, for now, I’m reading the book a second time and will share my thoughts and my own understanding regarding its text. Of course, this will take a while. However, through my entries in my journal-sharing, I will only highlight important events from the book. So, who are you? A human being who has the same opportunity as everyone else, to get to know our Divine God and through the Book of Urantia how we are all connected. We might be connected, but we are all not the same. There are those who are corrupt and only care about themselves. Such as revealed in the Book of Urantia when Judas betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver. It didn’t seem to matter how much time Jesus spent in getting to know Judas, he thought he knew him and was totally shocked when he knew Judas had betrayed him. Ironically, Judas was given thirty pieces of silver as his reward, but it was really a slap in the face. Back then, thirty pieces of silver was the price for a healthy slave and Judas believing he was receiving some great reward for betraying Jesus, felt the pangs of humiliation upon receiving this as his reward. Judas blinded by his tears, and realizing what he had done to Jesus, who cared about him, fell off a nearby cliff. Now, for myself, I would never, ever betray someone like that! Simply put, I couldn’t live with myself. Have you ever betrayed someone so you could get some kind of reward? Well, folks, there are those that do. My experience with this has been at my work place. It’s called being “two-faced.” A co-worker may seem like he or she is interested in becoming your friend, especially if they see you as competition for a higher-paying position, and then inform the supervisor, in my situation the building principal, when you’ve made a mistake or voiced your opinion about something; something that should have been kept private. But there is a saying for all of this snitching and back-stabbing on another human being and it’s called, “what goes around comes back around.” Personally, I’ve never told on anyone, except a family member and that’s called “tattle-telling” to one’s mother or father. In other words, it’s wrong, unless it’s to prevent something bad from happening. So, when it came to Judas’ betrayal, he was haunted by the choice he made and ended up falling to his death!

About one million years ago, the immediate ancestors of mankind made their appearance by three successive and sudden mutations stemming from early stock of the lemur type of placental mammal. These early lemurs involved in the ancestry of the human species were not directly related to the pre-existent tribes of gibbons and apes then living in Eurasia and northern Africa, whose offspring had survived to the present time. Neither were they the offspring of the modern type of le
