A personal chef, nutritionist, stylist, personal shopper, butler and housekeeper... Wouldn't it be great to have a team of people catering to your every whim?

However, did you know you can build a success team around you right now? It doesn't matter if you don't have a millionaire's budget (yet), you can start pulling that dream towards you.

It may not be a team of actual staff, but you need to surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed.

More importantly, you may need to kick some people off your success team, perhaps those who are sabotaging you and aren't invited along for the ride!

Success team?

Your success team is anyone around you who has an impact on your day to day success. It could be your family, friends, a coach or a mentor and many others that may surprise you.

In fact, virtually anyone you have contact with can be a part of your success team. Especially if you pay them in some way, but you probably aren't thinking like that, are you?

As you may know, I'm known for being an extremely positive and lucky person. In fact, I often call myself a "reverse paranoid" because I believe that the entire Universe is conspiring to help me achieve my wildest dreams.

So, I see many people in my life as part of that vision and unfortunately, along the way, I've had to kick some people out of my life.

Sound harsh?

You know the type of people I mean. Negative, toxic or downright mean people. I just don't have time for them anymore and I recommend decluttering them from your life too or reducing the time you spend with them.

Where are you going?

I love working with people who have huge dreams. People who are certain that they are going to be wildly successful (even if they don't have the courage yet).

One of my mentors Ali Brown says:

"Make decisions from where you're going,
not where you are right now"

Can you really get to your destination with toxic people in your life? No way.

Start hiring and promoting!

I've asked many people how they would like their life to be, and many people talk about being able to hire people to help them have an easier life.

For example many people (including myself) dream about having:

A full time house-keeper

A personal shopper and stylist

A personal trainer 3 x week

So, I decided to do a little experiment. If that's the future I'm aiming for - what can I do to make it more of a reality in my current life. How can I act "as if" that's exactly where I'm going?

I actually started small. I have a cleaning lady who comes once a fortnight. I'm working once a month with a fabulous stylist and I'm about to start working out with a trainer once a week. Not exactly a millionaire lifestyle, but can you see how making changes like this will snowball for the future?

What can you do?

One of my coaching clients, Amy De Bhrun who is a fantastic and talented actress and playwright WILL win an Oscar one day. I'm thrilled to be on her team, because it will take a lot of people and personal hard-work to get her there.

I asked her to look at all the people in her life - from the person who does her hair to the friends and mentors in her life. Who will assist her and who will derail her?

Make a list of all the people in your life and start to see the gaps. What do you need?

... mentors and people to inspire you?

... friends who share the same goals and dreams?

... a web designer to help you with your website?

... a health coach to kick-start your energy?

Start seeing everyone around you as part of that success team. You can totally start where you are but make these decisions from where you want to be and you'll start to see everything in a completely new way.

Want me on your team to go to the level? Book a coaching session with me!

I will help you design what you really want and together we'll look at what's holding you back from moving to that next level of success.

Go for it and build that success team!
