Many health care professionals might have encountered a common question from their clients stating that are organic foods really beneficial for health. Although, most of them got their answer as ‘yes’; but, the recent study claims that there exists only a slight difference between organic produce and the conventional foods and that the organic foods are no superior in their nutrient and vitamin profile as compared to the generally available conventional foods. Since, organic foods are grown naturally without any aid of pesticides or chemicals they are normally regarded as safe to consume and associated with better quality and freshness. On the other hand, conventional foods are grown on farms by spraying loads of pesticides to prevent from microbial attack and thus are associated with harmful chemicals making them a threat to health if consumed without proper washing. We found present were no precise food or fruits that have some important distinction between natural and conservative. REAL conservative foods don't contain such contaminants to damage citizens. There are many reason why an important person might choose organic food over conventional foods. Organic foods are often two times as luxurious as their conventionally full-grown counterparts. Are the costly organic products a safer bet? There wouldn’t have been such a long discussion if organic foods and the normal conventional foods were available at somewhat closely related prices. But, the fact that organic products are very costly compared to the general pesticide sprayed products is responsible for making people think twice before voting for the organic ones. And, one should be aware of the truth that organic products are not more nutritious than the conventional ones. Organic foods are not exposed to the harmful chemicals of pesticides making a safe bet for children along with being causing no impedance in the antibiotic resistance action of the individual taking these foods. While, conventional foods though being produced within safety standards of pesticide and antibiotic use are found to be exerting antibiotic resistant action that causes a potential health concern for treatment of food poisoning resulted from the antibiotic used food produce. Scientists claim that whatever be the mode of productivity the chances of microbial contamination remain the same, although organic foods have been found to posses 30% lower risk of existence of measurable levels of pesticides. The choice of organic foods over conventional foods is dependent on individual taste preference and environmental concerns but there hardly exists any difference between the two from the health perspective.
