Who Would You Be Without Your Story?

Byron Katie, a spiritual teacher of the wisest kind, has given us the gift of seeing how arguing with reality only exhausts and stresses us. And that when we give up our story, we can find the freedom and peace we long for.
Here is what I have learned from 15 years in the personal development industry:
Your attachment to your story is stronger than you think.
Your attachment to your story is what keeps you in that place of “everything is fine”.
Your attachment to your story around “fine” is what keeps you from taking risk and experiencing “fabulous.”
Your attachment to your story keeps you stuck in a rut.
Your attachment to your story is just an attachment and can be released at any time that you choose.
Maybe you’ve decided your relationship with fine has become expired and stale. If so then you’re prepared to have an open mind---kudos--this is a step in the right direction.
So how does one shake up their model of what’s possible and think differently?
You ask yourself some new questions.
Specificially, Katie’s The WORK works like a charm. You ask the following:
Is it true?
Can I absolutely know this is true?
How do I feel when I think this thought?
Who would I be without this thought?
You will be amazed at what becomes possible when you see that your story is simply fiction, something you have bought into and can exchange for something better at any time!
This process works best when someone walks you through it, so if you suffering and would like some instant relief, contact me and I will help you recognize the story that you are telling yourself, release it, and rewrite a more empowering one.

How do I stop overthinking about past?

These memories are either pleasant or unpleasant, depending upon whether we had a like or dislike towards them when they occured. For example, instead of enjoying the holiday you have been looking forward to, you spend most of your time thinking about your work whilst on holiday. You cannot fully relax and appreciate
