Why and How to Overcome Emotional Negativity: Master Emotional Manifestation Power

How you feel, on the emotional level, draws you into a destiny that resonates with that feeling.

When you feel confident, things tend to work out almost effortlessly and automatically.

This is because your genuine attitude of confidence generates a kind of magnetic influence that draws together all the elements necessary to align your circumstances with your positive expectations.

The anxiety and discouragement we feel when we worry about a possible disappointment literally manifests our disappointments.

The more you live in feelings that express your belief in your intrinsic weakness, inadequacy or unworthiness, the more you shut down your possibilities for greater success – you create the conditions that you feel you deserve.

This disproves the old adage: “Fake it till you make it”. It doesn’t matter how you SEEM to others, it’s how you actually feel deep down inside that counts the most.

Feeling deprived and jealous works against one, no matter how well one tries to hide it.

As long as you feel deprived of any privilege or advantage, you deprive yourself of your access to that privilege or advantage.

It’s fine to feel admiration, but when you feel envious or jealous of another’s accomplishments, opportunities, experiences or possessions you emit a force that repels that level of high attainment from you.

When you combine the mind power of creative visualization with the power of emotional feeling you direct the creative process of your life toward the manifestation of the condition you visualize.

But this creative process goes on with or without your conscious direction.

When you worry about your financial problems worsening, for instance (as so many people do at this time), you direct this creative process in a negative way and manifest a worsening financial problem.

Visualize success, with an attitude of relaxed confidence and you employ this process positively. You direct life’s currents into manifesting the success you desire.

To successfully direct life, it is crucial to become aware of what your present feeling state expresses.

Otherwise, you might slip into negative emotional states without realizing that you are materializing the physical representations of your dismay.

Feelings of frustration manifest opposition to your desires.

Feelings of resentment manifest the losses you blame on others.

The more sorry you feel, the more squalor you attract.

When you feel inadequate, you manifest the “second class” conditions consistent with that attitude.

We have to work through our fears to gain freedom the constraints that our fears manifest.

Notice what you think about when you feel angry, anxious or discouraged. You are thinking about people or situations that cause or keep you in those disturbed feelings.

Just as your feelings attract the thoughts (or mental conditions) that reflect them, your thoughts and feelings work together to attract you into the physical conditions that reflect them.

When your emotional state and mental vision project a dismal outcome that you fear, you are manifesting that outcome by emotionally anticipating it.

We even have to be careful about the feelings of strong desire that we indulge in. Beneath a burning desire for something or someone may be an underlying feeling of lack, loss and deprivation. That underlying feeling draws you into conditions in which that desire remains unfulfilled.

Even if you do manifest what you desire, underlying emotional dependency upon it means that you fear the loss of it, and that fear will find a way to manifest that loss. This is one way that we sabotage our success.

Now, if this understanding of the creative power of fear and other forms of emotional negativity starts you worrying, you compound your problem.

When you notice yourself thinking about life-scenarios that arouse fear, discouragement, resentment or any other “negative” feeling, just go through that internal experience CONSCIOUSLY.

When that wave of feeling passes, you will find yourself feeling freer than before you entered it.

And each time you go through your feelings consciously you develop more awareness and mastery of your emotional manifestation power.
