If we look back a few centuries ago, we can easily see that the major portion of the world population used to die due to plague (i.e. Bubonic Plague) and diseases (i.e. Malaria) which were deadly back then and had no cure or treatment. Nowadays things are different since the advancements in the field of medical sciences several life-threatening diseases are now treatable and many have a cure. rnDiseases are generally fallen into three major categories the first category contains those diseases (i.e. Hepatitis ) which are curable and can be completely avoided by taking vaccinations, second category diseases are those which are treatable such as Cancer, it is a well-known disease and can be treated with chemotherapy if diagnosed properly in the initial stages, but the thing with second category diseases is that there is no cure for these diseases means that there is a chance that they can occur again even if you get rid of it, the third and the most lethal category contains diseases i.e. diabetes which are neither curable nor treatable means they can only be managed by following doctor`s guidelines and taking medications properly. rnDiabetes is the most common disease among adults nowadays in the world, the numbers are increasing every day and many scientists, researchers are working to find treatment or cure for this disease. People with diabetes need to take extra precautions to avoid complications with their health and are more venerable to problems related to their feet. According to the recent data, every year in the United States half of all the lower limb amputations performed are related to diabetes. rnDiabetes increases the blood sugar level which means any part of your body especially your feet, which are the most venerable part can have severe complications if the blood circulation gets disturbed. The main cause of this problem has one major reason which is the improper feet care, diabetic people usually ignore in taking precautions such as choosing the right shoes and proper socks. rnMany diabetic people don`t even know that there are specially designed diabetic socks available in the market which are specially designed to keep their feet blood circulation un-disturbed. They are very effective in providing comfort and protecting your feet from germs. Diabetic socks come with non-elasticated cuffs which keep the blood circulation normal, they are also specially designed without any permanent seams and comes with a special fabric that allows the feet to breathe in the air. If you want to avoid complications with your feet then you should consider wearing diabetic socks as it helps to protect your feet from dryness, calluses, fungal infections and the bone deformity. All of these are common issues diabetic people usually face when they do not give proper attention to their feet and socks. If you have diabetes than don`t panic about the fact that you never thought about the importance of using diabetic socks because it is okay and you do know about it now and you can easily start today to protect yourself from any further health complications to live a happy, healthy and free of trouble life. It is better to care now than having regrets in the future.
