When stress starts to ruin your life and business, then you need to start thinking of taking a break, not just to relax and chill but also to recalculate situations and decide what is best for you. Stress is a dark path with many gates along its way. One of those gates is success and the remainder of doors falls under the terms of failure and depression. Through your life time, you have had many things that you once thought were unbreakable, such as a friendship and love and even in your childhood, you might have thought that this one toy in particular is indestructible until it broke in your hands.rnAlmost everything in life has a lifetime, including relationships and feelings. If you take care of those feelings and relationships well, their lifetime will extend because you will give them a longer time to survive. It's just the same with a car, as long as you take care of it and keep fixing it once you hear something going wrong, it will live with you. While quality may become less efficient or more, the most important thing is that it survives the accident or the torn tire. If you decide to let go of it, then you simply allow it to be destroyed. But while you might come back later on to fix the car, feelings are not an object that can have parts replaced. It's initial that you understand your feelings and how you should treat them. It's very easy to let go of something you have held on for a long time just because you finally see that it is not going to get you anywhere. What is more difficult is if you decide to help it and fix it and make it work. While you might not necessarily think of feelings when you are a complete professional, what happens is that stress comes to you and starts to drain you off strength and willingness that at some point you feel as if you are unable to keep on going. The most important thing is that you do not allow stress to break you, because while you might work great under stress, stress eventually starts picking you apart and breaking you bit by bit until you actually cannot keep on doing it anymore.rnWhat is the solution? Take time off. If you decide to take time off, you will have the change to regroup with your own self and you will have the time to think it over. If you are a hard worker, you will find this almost impossible to do, but age will come to get you if you are field worker and your body will insist that it's time to relax. Age will also attack your mind, as well as stress, and your mind will not be able to produce good ideas anymore. You will make horrible decisions that might affect others and the entire business you are working on if you continue to work under stress. There's a good reason why people retire and that is indeed because they are not as productive as they were in their prime. Once someone passes the peak of their prime, they start to slow down so that they are able to make effective decisions.
