Why Embracing The Now is Key For Your Self Realization

The concept of the power of now has been gaining wider acceptance as the pillars of what make up the movement are simple yet profound in your personal transformation and your personal power. The now is, what we have, all we have is the now. The past is gone and the future is an unrealized dream we've yet to experience. In the strongest of senses, the now is the doorway to higher consciousness and higher awareness. Humanity (the vast majority of us) has become utterly swamped with trivial drama that preoccupies our thoughts, focus and desires. Our egos have immersed us into the labyrinth of time made up of past events we focus on and replay in our minds endlessly like record that never ends. These ramblings made up of pointless thinking takes over the majority of our thoughts. We have forgotten that the mind is a tool of our consciousness awareness and not consciousness in and of itself. We have forgotten our true nature and our real selves. The end results of this ego leads us to a dangerous predicament people find themselves in. Problematic relationships, drama, health issues, financial issues and an endless list of personal challenges that only help to keep your mind focused on the facade that is reality. The solution to this is to stay present despite being surrounded by a sea of emotional turmoil. Seek answers of self awareness through techniques outside of ones self. Meditation, yoga, and lucid dreaming are all designed to help you control your thoughts and to cooperate your mind with those thoughts. Only then will you be able to let go of your ego, let go of the drama and embrace the truest nature of your unlimited self. But what if something is missing? What if there was a direct approach one could take, that would provide insight into increasing self awareness (even if others overlooked this solution or assumed it to be too radical? The answer is an out of body experience. Its very nature is a powerful portal into the now.
