Exercise is for your physical and mental fitness. Daily exercise has seen to make a person more socially engaged.rnAll your dream models are fitness groupies since years. They do hard work to keep themselves in acme of beauteous shape. They eat right and have got an active life style and thus they remain as the apple of your eyes. There are many effective weight loss programs, but none beats exercising.

Not only celebrities, but anyone can lose weight and get into attractive shape. I strongly believe that once you have a burning desire along with commitment, hard work, accept responsibility for your desire and commitment and more important a character of persistence you are going to succeed.

About exercising all I can tell you is there should be persistence in your practice. Be it Yoga, Pilates, Gym, Aerobics, Kalari, Thai chi… Whatever you should go it daily. Even if it’s walking don’t skip it. Might be your body needs just 3 days of work out to remain fit, but I will not recommend that. Do exercise daily. According to our age, health and purpose we can choose exercise.

Do consult a doctor to find out the most suitable exercise for your age and health condition. Pregnant women it is a strict no to do exercise without consulting a doctor.
I can tell you an example for the amount of power of persistence I expect in you, through an example.

Fritz Kreisler the great violinist of all times was once asked “How do you play so well?” His reply was “It is practice. If I don’t practice for a month, my audience can tell the difference. If I don’t practice for a week my wife can tell the difference. If I don’t practice for a day, I can tell the difference.”

I would like you to be committed, persistent in your effort and determined in your desire to lose weight.
