In some cases, telephone surveys or surveys through the mail are also going to be necessary. Make sure that you are able to plug the information conveniently into the software that you are using so that you can take full advantage of the reports that are available.
If you are using this type of survey software to query your customers, also consider the fact that your employees may wish to give some feedback as well. Keep in mind, this feedback is going to be more to your benefit if you allow them to post it anonymously. By getting into the mind of your employees and seeing their mindsets, you will be able to identify problems that may exist within your company which are going to need to be corrected. In addition, it may give you ideas as to how you can boost productivity for everyone.
