The only advantage of cigarette smoking is that we get a high temporarily. Within half an hour of the last puff, the high is no longer there. I need not emphasize, no matter who you are, ill influences of smoking are always on the higher side than the benefits, heedless how you justify you smoking habit. Now ask yourself if it is sincerely worth to spend funds to ruin your physical condition and energy. I am convinced your answer will be no.
