If you think that only florists or women’s clothing lines should use flower images in their brand marks then you’re wrong! Because of the changing environmental outset, many companies have become more ecologically conscious and they are trying to assure their customers of the same. That is why the latest trend in the world of trademarks has been the use of flower logo design. Flora symbolizes softness, dependability and trust which is a perfect choice for a business symbol if you want to gain the customers trust. Let’s have a look at some of the famous brands that have used the flower power for their business marks. rn1.British Petroleum:rnIn 2000, this famous petroleum corporation changed its logo and made it more environmentally friendly. Their logo is currently a sun flower with different shades of yellow and green. Since the corporation is now committed to providing environmentally conscious alternate energy, this design is perfect to symbolize the company’s values. The use of blooms and green color also symbolizes the BP’s eco-friendliness. 2.ANZ:rnThe new ANZ Banking symbol consists of a blue bloom abstract. If you look carefully, you will notice that the white space between the petals of the bloom also make an image of human head and arms. The new design gives the corporation a softer look and the use of blue color symbolizes that the company has a keen interest in its customers. 3.AdidasrnThe original Adidas monogram was a black trefoil flora on a simple white background with three stripes. The three petals of the bloom represent diversity of the corporation. Even though Adidas has used a flower, it has been done in such a way that it looks masculine enough to represent a sports product. The concept of the three stripes has still remained a key component of the company mark even though the business mark has been changed. 4.Impulse:rnThis body spray manufacturers by Unilever is famous for its alluring and appealing scents. Their latest trademark is an abstract of wild blossom with three petals that also looks like a butterfly. The simplicity of the design is what sets it apart from the rest. The trade name is written in slightly curvy but readable fonts in white and is aligned at an angle due to which the design looks feminine, stylish and sophisticated. The soft and feminine colors of the blossom are the only colors in the entire brand mark which adds to the mystery and sophistication of the monogram. 5.Wal-Mart:rnThe latest trademark of the most successful chain of stores in U.S is an asterisk or blossom that looks like a Hawaiian flower logo. The image symbolizes friendship and harmony and represents the stores use of organic and environmentally friendly products. The colors used in the brand mark are yellow and blue which represent happiness, loyalty and trust. Because the company has used soft colors on a neutral background, the image is pleasant to look and encourages the customers’ confidence in the corporation. Hence, whether your company is producing sports products or petroleum, don’t under estimate the flower power for your brand mark.
