Like it or not, mainstream scientists and experts have to agree that the HCG diet is gaining tremendous popularity among the people seeking weight loss quickly. HCG itself is given via by injections or orally through drops; however using HCG only is not enough. You have to lower your daily diet, by reducing it to 500 calories. You must have heard it countless times, that an average person needs 2000 calories each day to maintain a healthy self. It is believed, that when you absorb the HCG drops along with the prescribed diet program, the weight loss experienced is up to 1 to 3 pounds per day! The most important aspect about HCG, is there are very few side effects and weight does not comeback once you are done with the 40 to 45 day plan. The HCG forces your body to consume the extra fat rather than the calories from the food you take. So the 500 calories are bare minimum requirement according to "Pro HCG diet and fitness experts". HCG stimulates the hypothalamus to take the fat stored in places like hips, abdomen, chin etc., to come into your blood stream, ready to be used as energy and then to burn fat. Continual burning of this fat, results in rapid weight loss and the emergence of a new slimer, healthier you. The 500 calories are basically consumed in bringing the stored body fat in to main stream for consumption. The variation in the different weight loss per day from person to person is simply because of different bodies’ tendency to bring different amount of fat to blood stream.
