The Information Technology sector has reshaped the way our country thinks and works. Many things have changed after the advent of this industry in India. Indian youth who saw how lucrative the sector was so many pursued this sector and studied accordingly. Another set of people also who have restructured their approach is the real estate sector. The IT sector has revived the realty game in the country. Many cities across India which were previously quiet little towns with hardly any development started blossoming because of the IT companies. The kind of infrastructure we see today in most of the metros, tier 1 and 2 cities is in most part thanks to the IT sector. World class companies expected world class infrastructure to develop their business in the country. This is how most cities bucked up and caught up in terms of infrastructure. One of the biggest beneficiaries from this industries presence in the country is the city of Bangalore. The things that the IT sector has done for the country and the country’s real estate sector is nowhere more evident than in the capital city of Karnataka. This city was considered to be a quiet city with beautiful gardens and pleasant weather. It was for a long time considered to be a paradise for those who were looking to live away for the hustle and bustle of a big city. The Bangalore of today is a very different story. It is a busy city all on its own. The IT companies which started coming into the city around the 1990s have changed the real estate trajectory of the entire place. Plots for sale in Bangalore which are located in close to the IT hubs of the city fetch a good price. The same is true for independent house for sale in Bangalore. Besides being home to the IT sector, they city is also home to many start-ups and government agencies. So there is plenty of demand for plots for sale in Bangalore from all kinds of people coming from all walks of life. But mostly the city is made up of those who work in the IT field and are looking for homes. The commercial realty sector is also growing here thanks to the IT companies. Without the ginormous growth seen by the commercial side the residential side will not have grown as much. Most of the demand for A grade office space comes from IT companies. So there is demand for residential property such as independent house for sale in Bangalore which are located close to these office spaces. The city does have its fair share of problems. Some parts of the city are without some of the most basic of infrastructure. But the city still continues to thrive and it will till the IT gods decide to grace it. But there is an inherent danger to depending upon one source of prosperity. But Bangalore somehow has seemed to work its way around this problem.
