Rented apartments are becoming a trend for corporate class people and professionals in London. Serviced rented apartments are very much like normal residential accommodation, but these can be rented for a longer period of time. People prefer to stay in rented accommodation rather than hotels because of low cost and facilities available in the serviced apartments. In apartments you get more space, better privacy as compared to what you get in hotels. One of the main reasons why people are willing to take rented accommodation rather than buying a house is the recession and the unstable economy of the world. Another main reason of going for rented accommodation for professionals in London is the high monthly mortgage rates. People can’t afford such high mortgage rates, so they prefer to go for rented accommodation for comfortable living. Also it is not very easy to maintain your own house, but in case of rented accommodation, the owner has to do the maintenance and the tenant stays away from this tension. There are professionals in London who have their own apartments, but are not happy with the location or the climate, so they go for rented accommodation at a place of their own choice where they can get all the facilities they want. Rented accommodation is a better choice if you are more than 4-5 people who want to stay together. So if you have a family of more than 3 members,it is advisable to stay in a rented apartment rather than hotel. Also, some rental agents give you very good facilities at a very affordable price, which may be impossible for you to afford, if you have your own house. As the demand for professional rented accommodation is getting higher day by day, it has become difficult to get an apartment of your own choice very easily, also with the London Olympics about to start in couple of months time, It is becoming difficult to get rented accommodation in most of the posh areas in London. Because of the above mentioned reasons, people preferring to stay in rented accommodation in London and nearby areas.
