“Why Should I Love Anyone”
On Sunday a young lady contacted me and said, “I watched your video about, ‘The Science of Heaven and Love’ but why should I love people when they are terrible to me?” And here is my answer.
Negativity Does Harm to Our Brain - First of all, whenever we say or even think anything hurtful to someone that process actually starts to short circuit connections in our brain. Thus we are actually doing harm to the one we see in the mirror and thus for just purely selfish reasons, it’s very important to keep a positive mindset and love everyone including the one we see in the mirror.
Negative Karma is Set in Motion When We Hurt People - Secondly, when we say anything hurtful or do something negative against someone we put in place negative karma which goes out into the universe and reverberates back to us 1000 times over. Thus we are hurting ourselves whenever we hurt someone else.
We Feel Happier When We are Loving - Thirdly when we think positive thoughts about anyone or anything we are happier in general. Personally, I know people who are angry and lash out at everyone and in general, they are not happy at all. What good does it do? We have the choice to be happy and love everyone… no matter who they are and what they do. And later when we cross over the veil we will have a life review and see everything we did that hurt others.
Happiness Will Never Be Found in Other People - The fourth thing to consider is that our material world is not focused on doing good. Most people take care of their own material needs first. Thus if a person is looking to find happiness in the world he will keep looking for a very long time. The best thing to do is to go inward and find unconditional love, peace, and happiness within. God, the Universe, and Great Spirit are always there with us in our heart… and always will be. We think we should take our imaginary AC plug and plug it into other people for unconditional love. But people in general people don’t have an abundance of unconditional love. So plug into the Source, Great Spirit is full of unconditional love. Go inward by meditating and find unconditional love.
Here is the Best Way to Have Unconditional Love - Fifth, if a person really wants to feel unconditional love the best way to do that is to put in 2 hours of meditation daily. One hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. When a person meditates for 2 hours daily their whole world changes and they see everything from a totally different perspective. And they also see themselves are they are (which is a vulnerable child) and thus they start to love the one they see in the mirror.
You Have Made it… When You Love Your Own Company and Enjoy the Company of Others - Sixth when a person can love their own company and also likes the company of others… they have opened the door to find what they truly want from life. And they start to feel good about life in general.
And Last, if we want to change the world we have to embody that change and love everyone.
Many Blessings to Everyone!
