Right from childhood, we are taught that God is Almighty and he is always there to mend wrong things that happen and protect us from evil-effects, so that we lead a happy and peaceful life.

Good karmas bear good fruits, as a result of which what we experience peace and happiness in life, whereas bad karmas make us encounter evil forces that drag us down in life. This happens naturally. God is not required for it at all.
Now, when someone is causing evil, he is doing so at his own responsibility. And if you were to curse him back in return, there begins your responsibility. Such is the law of karma. The slightest hurt or harm we cause to any living being in turn returns to us in the form of hurt or harm to us. And the slightest help we render to any living being also returns to us in the form of help at the given time. If you’ve been straightforward, then others will have no choice but to be straightforward with you.
Hence, we should always have a deep inner intent to never cause hurt or harm to any living being, through our thoughts, words or action. If we understand just this much, we will get the solution to all our worldly problems!
Can God not eliminate evil or enable humankind to overcome it?rnGod does not get into anything of this. He has no business to do so. For God is our inner Soul. Yes, God is in every living creature. This body is the outer packing and the Pure Soul that resides within is God. The outer packing (body) can be anything. It can be that of a tree or a donkey, a merchant or a pick-pocketer. The Supreme God resides in every living being and the function of God is only to see and know everything that happens in this world, without any attachment or hatred.
The very nature of God is pure love and eternal bliss!!rnGood-evil, like-dislike, profit-loss; who gives rise to all these dualities? The society. rnAs far as God is concerned, there is no duality. If there are hard-earned grains of food on one side, and on the other lie grains snatched from poor people by meting out all kind of atrocities on them, in God’s eyes, they are both “material”.
The ultimate vision of God is: Any act, good or evil, that we can see being done by people in this world, is all a natural discharge of karmas that were bound by them, out of ignorance, in their past life. The discharge of karma is only Nature’s doing!
So, when God is not the doer of anything at all, one takes on grave liability by saying, ‘God did it’ or expecting that ‘God must do it’. The doer being some other entity, when one blames God for it, it becomes a big cause for Nature to punish one heavily.
Liberation from evil cannot be attained by believing in an idol of God, liberation from evil is attained by believing in the real God i.e. the SelfrnThe Soul is our real Self and that’s what God is. We ourselves become God when we know ‘who am I’ we realize this fact when we attain Self-Realization. In today’s times, it is possible to attain Self-Realization easily and effortlessly, through the grace of Akram Gnani, the Enlightened One!!!
