Promotional products can be a fantastic and creative way to generate further awareness for your business, as every customer loves getting something for free. Toys and games can also be a surprisingly effective way to express company values, more so than other, purely functional products for promotion. This is because they often present a challenge or problem to the customer, keeping the user focussed on your business's message for longer. Puzzles and games can be presented to potential customers as promotional products with a tagline such as, “always looking for new solutions,” to express your business's philosophy in a dynamic way.

Toys can also be used to elicit an emotional response from your potential customer. Toys such as yo yos, slinkies, board games and other games such as boules can encourage your customer to feel nostalgic and emotionally closer to your company. Many games used as products for promotion can encourage sharing as they need more than one player. Once again this can reflect the character of your business, or simply encourage more people to engage with your brand.
