Do you worry what people think of you? Are you one of those people that shake and sweat if you think that someone is looking at you? Do you imagine this person is judging you on your looks, clothes, lack of hygiene or just your general 'ugliness?' Do you feel nauseous when you see good looking work colleagues talking together because you believe they are saying horrible things about you? If you are one of those people that fear all the above questions than it is about time that you changed your outlook on life and the way you think about yourself. If you care too much about what people, whether imaginary or not, think about you than you are not driving your own bus. Driving your own bus is a Neuro Linguistic Programming, a.k.a. NLP, term meaning you are not in charge of your own life. You don't want to make your own decisions because you fear you will not make the right choices and you will be judged by others as being a complete ass. Being scared about what others think about you is not the way to be. It limits you in so many ways. For example if it was not for people like African American civil rights activist Rosa Parks, Suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst, British politician William Wilberforce, President Abraham Lincoln, etc. who didn't care a damn about what people, governments, states thought about them, nothing would have changed now - the end of segregation in the USA, women's right to vote, the end of slavery and many other human rights issues. It is just fear that stops you from doing the decisions that are right for you. This fear of being judged by others is what keeps you from doing what you want and reaching the goals you want. So stop worrying about what others think about you and go and be the person you want to be!
