Are there certain things in your life you absolutely dislike, but you still have to do? Then you are not alone. But what can you do?
Here is what I suggest:
* Stop fighting and get at peace with your current situation
* Get clear about what you really want in life
* From now on, focus and put your mind only on those things you really want and stop occupying your mind with those things that worry you and you no longer want to experience in your life.
* Listen to your intuition, grab opportunities when they arise and take action towards realizing your dreams.
For most people, the first point is the most difficult one. How can you accept and get at peace with a situation you absolutely dislike?
Most people will tell you, to “fight” to get out of an unpleasant situation. However, most of the time when you fight against something you don’t like, you just create more of it.
But why?
Fighting Against Something Means You Are Focusing A Lot Of Energy On Something You Don’t Like. And The More You Focus On Something, The More Of It You Create – No Matter If You Are Focusing On Something You Want Or On Something You Don’t Want.
So, stop fighting, stop struggling, take a few steps back and calm down. Your current situation is your own creation, it’s the result of your past thoughts, feelings and actions. But this also means, whatever you do today will create your tomorrow.
Life Is Fluid And It Can Change Completely Within Only A Few Days Or Weeks. When You Fight Against “What Is”, Then You Will Create Even More Of It.
The first step is to accept your current situation and circumstances – stop feeding it with hate, anger, worry… Calm down and make peace with your current situation.
People often tell me, they hate their work, although they are not really that bad off. If you are in a similar situation, learn to love whatever you have to do and at the same time, start turning your focus (your thoughts) towards the kind of life you want to live.
Just give it a try for a few weeks: Add all your love and passion to your work. Fake it at the beginning if you need to. While doing your work, go within and feel the peace. Turn your work into an art… and you will start enjoying whatever you have to do.
Get at peace with whatever you have to do right now, love it and enjoy it – this sound unbelievable at first, but it really works and it surely is the best way to replace anger, frustration and hate with happiness.

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
