Adenomyosis is a diffuse or localized lesion in which endometrial glands and stroma invade the myometrium of the uterus. It is a common gynecological disease. Adenomyosis used to occur mostly in women over 40 years old, but in recent years it has gradually become younger, which may be related to the increase of cesarean section, induced abortion and other operations. There are some symptoms of adenomyosis: 1. Menstrual disorder (40%-50%). It is mainly characterized by prolonged menstruation and increased menstrual volume, and some patients may also have drip bleeding before and after menstruation. This is due to the increase of uterine volume, the increase of endometrial area and the influence of intramural lesions on the contraction of uterine muscle fibers. Severe patients can lead to anemia. 2. Dysmenorrhea (25%). It usually appears one week before menstruation and relieves dysmenorrhea at the end of menstruation. This is because the ectopic endometrium in the myometrium of the uterus during menstruation is hyperemia, swelling and bleeding under the influence of ovarian hormones. At the same time, it increases the blood volume of the myometrium vessels, dilates the thick myometrium of the uterus and causes severe dysmenorrhea. 3. Some patients had no obvious symptoms; about 35% have no obvious symptoms. Adenomyosis is a common gynecological disease, because of its diffuse hyperplasia, it will directly lead to the poor internal environment of the uterus, thus affecting the pregnancy of female. Adenomyosis may cause some women to be unable to conceive, and some may have abortion and premature delivery after pregnancy. Therefore, for the sake of themselves, patients should be treated as soon as possible, and it is recommended that treatment be followed by pregnancy to avoid the occurrence of abortion. So, Will IVF be successful for patients with adenomyosis? IVF is an assisted reproductive technology that separately removes eggs and sperm from human body and fertilizes them in vitro, develops into embryos, and then transplants them back into the uterus of the mother to achieve the purpose of conception. Generally, 2-3 embryos will be implanted. The probability of multiple pregnancy is very high. At the same time, test-tube babies can avoid genetic diseases by selective sex selection to some extent through chromosome screening. If you have adenomyosis, then it is estimated that there is no way to do test-tube babies. Because of adenomyosis, it means that your endometrium has grown into the smooth muscle of your uterus. If you want a child, the placenta is very unstable and easy to cause abortion. The survival rate is not very high. Therefore, if you want to have a baby, you'd better have treatment first, and wait for the disease to cure before you have a baby. Otherwise, not only infertility or abortion may occur, but also test-tube babies are more likely to fail and bring more economic losses. I hope women must pay attention to it. To treat adenomyosis, herbal medicine Fuyan Pill with the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be selected. At the same time, we should eat light food, eat more vegetables and fruits, avoid spicy and irritating food and raw and cold food. Also, we should prevent excessive fatigue, and pay attention to rest especially during menstruation.
