Will power what the heck is that all about anyway? Seems to me we never have enough of it and can’t seem to find more of it. The power to will reality into your ownrnreality is something I have worked on all my life. I have been successful at times and others not so successful. I do know that you need it in order to make a change or to creaternsomething in your life. Stuff doesn’t happen just because I want it to although that would be nice; it just isn’t the universe we live in. Sometimes if I’m angry enough I can make it happen but usually only after calming down does anything seem to happen.Well let’s look at your will power. What is it and how can we get some more of it? Why is it so tough torncreate and sustain? Will power is your ability to control your self to acquire what you want or to create what you want in your reality. Will power can be improved upon by challenging your self on a regular basis. By forcing you’re self to do things that you wouldn’t normally want to do. Self discipline and will power go hand in hand. The trick is to start small. I mean very small like for example is there something you don’t want to do right now? Like if your standing sit down, or if your sitting stand up. By forcing your self to do these small exercises yournbuild “will power muscle”. Just like going to the gym and working out. You wouldn’t go into the gym and try curling 200 pounds right off the bat would you? Heck no yournwouldn’t, you might hurt your self. You have to build rnup to get to that level of strength. And it would take dedication and time to get to that type of goal. The point is that it’s the same thing for will power and self discipline. You need to start small and work your wayrnup and you have to practice every day and slowly you will be willing large things in or out of your life. So will power builds on itself with every little thing you do that isn’t pleasant.Using your will power gives you will power.rnJust like using your muscles gives you muscles.
