Wise/Wisdom means many things to different people; to me it means: having life issues happen, face them square on, learn how to grow past them, then actually grow past them, live your life new without that issue and teach others how you did that. That way others have the opportunity to do the same thing.

This is what Wise Woman Teachings are about, to teach/coach people on what I have learnt on my pathway of life, living, and learning.

I will go first, which means I will tell you my story in short form. My first step into the road of recovery/discovery as ending up in the local jail one more time, because they didn't like the way I drove on the roads. Then, that introduced me to AA and I got sober.

I didn't view my sobriety as "putting the plug in the jug" and just not drinking. I took it serious and wanted a true life of feeling comfortable in my own skin. I wanted to be sober much, much more tha
I wanted to be drunk. I have now been sober for 22 years and I can say my life has made a 180-degree turn many, many times.

My childhood was what I call a "brown out" – very little was/is remembered and what is, has been dealt with, forgiven and moved on. Difficult? Lots of work – YOU BET! However, today I am happy, joyous and free. All of the wisdom how this was done is my gift to you in my Wellness Coach Program.

It is not theory or textbook learned, it is true-life experience with 100% recovery/discovery, upfront and personal.

We all have childhoods and 90% of us came from some sort of dysfunction. The sooner we deal with it the sooner we can live functional adult lives, with the ability to raise our children and grandchildren in an atmosphere of function, joy, creativity and synchronicity.

From AA I moved on into the world of spirituality and have grown in this area now for 22 years; one path leads to the next path and so on.

My mentors have included Wayne Dyer, Debbie Ford, Stuart Wilde, U.S. Anderson, Jan Phillips, Eckhart Tolle, Joe Vitale, Vianna Stibal, Tony Burroughs, Julie Cameron, Alan Cohen, Sonia Choquette, Bill Bauman, Bill W., John Bradshaw and many, many more.

My pattern for learning, growing and moving into my wisdom is to take the issue that came/comes up; find a mentor which usually was found for me by falling off the bookshelf at the bookstore; something in the mail; attending an event when it was put in front of me; this is how I knew I needed to study it. Then I would read the book, listen to the tapes and cd's; study them; apply them; practice them, until it was completely immersed into my psyche until it became me and I became it, and then move on to the next. For me just reading a book and/or listening to a tape didn't create the change I needed in my life, I required to follow the above process and that is what I find true for most of us. That is what is necessary for us to make the 180-degree changes we need to make, so our life can change.

Even today my journey of wisdom has not ended and it will never end, always there are new levels of learning and growing, new teachers and new levels of teaching to learn.

Thru my travels on my path of spirituality I found I am a Energy Healer and once again this is done thru several healing modalities; not just one: Theta Healing; Quantum Touch; Reiki; Pranic Healing; H'oponono; which are also brought into the Wellness Coach Program.

Other areas of healing and healing methods for Wise Woman Teachings include: EFT, HeartMath, Incest Healing and Recovery; Co-Dependency; Adult Children of Alcoholics; Evolutionary Leadership Program; EST; Neo-Linguistics; Ultra Metabolism Diet; Artist Way; Native American Flute; Healing the Child Within; Intenders of the Highest Good; workshop and seminar leader; author; artist; recover/separation from the corporate world; single mother of two sons and 9 grandchildren; married twice; recovery/discovery from relationship addiction; Course of Miracles; Alcoholic Anonymous.

My passion is to teach others what I have learnt and to help assist them to make their life joyful and productive sooner and easier tha
I did on my trial and error method. When I am able to this for others my purpose and passion will be satisfied and all the wisdom I learnt on my Wise Woman journey, will be shared and have a true purpose.

You to can be happy, joyous and free. If one thing/many or all of what you have just read sounds like you and/or your life, make the first step and call for a consultation and start your journey to wholeness and your own path to wisdom. Wise Woman Teaching is your calling to change your life's direction and to learn the path to freedom and peace within.
