Let’s face it. Statistics for breast cancer in the U.S. are grim: one in eight women will develop breast cancer. That is over 180,000 women who are diagnosed with breast cancer each year, and 44,000 who will die of the disease.

To ignore this fact is foolish. It’s death by choice!

Test results from toxicity studies are coming in from everywhere. A Mount Sinai University study in New York showed that all people tested had positive blood samples for 167 chemicals out of the 193 tested. Currently, there are over 86,000 chemicals in use in the U.S., of which only 3% have ever been tested for safety. A study of Mt. Sinai Hospital also found that women with breast cancer had four times the level of DDE found in non-carcinogenic tumors. DDE is a breakdown product of DDT. Although taken off the market in the seventies, DDT remains in our soil, plant life and water bodies for years to come. 25% of all Florida produce tested still contained DDT. It can also remain in our bodies for 100 years.

Because of this avalanche of chemicals overpowering our bodies, we are not able to eliminate them fast enough to prevent disease. Over thousands of years of evolutionary process, the body learned to deal with and resist bacteria and viruses; however, in only about 80-100 years, it is supposed to effectively deal with 86,000 chemicals? If you would like to find out how these chemicals get into our food supply, water and bodies, read Detoxify or Die by Dr. Sherry Rogers, specialist in environmental medicine for over 30 years.

WHY ARE WE NOT GETTING ANY ADVICE AND WARNINGS FROM THE AGENCIES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT US?

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month’s sole funder is Zeneca Pharmaceutical, the world’s largest manufacturer of petrochemical products, many of which have been linked to breast cancer. They are also the manufacturer of Tamoxifen, which grosses 500 million dollars annually and has been known to cause uterine, liver, stomach and colorectal cancer after just two years of use. The American Cancer Society receives a huge amount of contributions from pharmaceutical and chemical companies. The National Cancer Society and the American Cancer Society are focused on early detection of disease, the “after effect”, not prevention.

EARLY DETECTION IS NOT PREVENTION

If you are waiting for a mammogram to tell you if you have cancer or not, you have lost 50% of the battle against breast cancer. Tumors as large as a fist have been undetected by mammograms. 30% of the mammograms give false

negative or false positive results. Radiation is acknowledged by all societies to be one of the highest risks for cancer of any type. We are already overwhelmed with sources of radiation, such as power lines, cell phones, computer radiation, x-rays and diagnostic scans of many types. Uranium, strontium 90 and thallium are radioactive metals occurring in everybody today. These radioactive metals become excellent conductors for radioactive frequencies to start free radical damage.

WHAT ARE THE TRUE AND ONLY EFFECTIVE STEPS A WOMAN CAN TAKE TO PREVENT BREAST CANCER?

Chemicals and pesticides are seeping into all of our food supply. These chemicals become estrogenic compounds that mimic estrogen and cause a shift of hormones, causing abnormal progesterone/estrogen/testosterone ratios. In males, these compounds have the ability to turn testosterone into estrogen and cause prostate cancer. Scientists found Lake Apopka alligators that had female characteristics, but were actually males without testicles. They linked this phenomenon to DDT, DDE and mercury.

We have to avoid these chemicals at all cost. Eat organic meat, organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible. Meats and dairy products have been tested to contain 18 times more chemicals than non-organic vegetables. You should eat hormone-free and antibiotic-free meats, cheeses and milk. Look for “organic” on the label.
Drink and cook only with purified water. Iced tea and other beverages in restaurants are made with impure water. Ask for bottled water or mineral drinks.
Lotions and skin care creams are packed full of chemicals and estrogenic compounds, especially sun blocks. Sun blocks contain many compounds that have been linked to ovarian, uterine and breast cancer. We have been told by reputable laboratories that these creams are obscuring proper hormone test results. Caution: Your scalp is 25 times more absorbent than any other part of your body. Examine your hair care products, including hair color and hair sprays. Use natural hair dyes, or avoid them altogether. Look for organic skin care products; don’t put anything on your skin that has ingredients that you don’t understand.
Stop using toxic chemicals in and around your house and garden. There are many natural and safe cleaning products available today. Lawn care chemicals and insecticides are extremely dangerous. You can find non-toxic, low V.O.C. (volatile organic compounds) paints. There are natural pesticide and lawn care companies, as well as natural products on the market.

Avoid HRT---be firm. There is overwhelming evidence that hormone replacements initiate cancer, stroke and pulmonary embolisms. If you have had a hysterectomy, you can use bioidentical hormones, but check your saliva hormone levels regularly. Avoid birth control pills, as they paralyze your hormones.
Detoxify and cleanse on a regular basis. Herbal and homeopathic remedies are the most gentle. You might need some professional guidance with that. Enemas and colon hydrotherapy is extremely beneficial. Fresh vegetable juicing or green plant concentrates help alkalinize over-acid bodies. Saunas, especially infrared saunas, are almost a must today. Detox baths are a great, inexpensive detox solution.
Take antioxidants from natural sources on a regular basis. Avoid cheap commercial vitamins. It is strongly recommended that you seek a qualified professional to check your nutritional status and recommend supplements tailored to your individual needs. Change vitamins and brand names every few months. Don’t get hooked on one label.
Dental infections, amalgams, heavy metal dental fillings and especially root canals are toxic time bombs. Contact a qualified holistic dentist to remove these. Dental issues with teeth #2, 3, 14, 15, 20, 21, 28 & 29 are especially vulnerable to affect the breast. You need professional guidance to prepare before and detoxify your body after metal fillings are removed.
Avoid coffee and caffeinated beverages of all kinds. Caffeine causes fibrocystic changes in the breast, makes you very acidic and prevents your body from cleansing. Use chocolate only for a special occasion. Avoid sugar as much as possible. Cancer cells, which are present in everybody, love sugar.
Take a positive mental attitude in all things you do. Disassociate yourself from negative emotions or negative influences from other people. Don’t procrastinate and start changing your life immediately. You cannot change somebody else. Change your lifestyle and better yourself. People close to you will follow you.
Do not wear underwire bras. They have been linked to breast cancer. Wearing underwire bras restricts the lymph flow from the breast, which is essential for a natural cleansing of the breast cells. Manual lymph drainage therapy is highly recommended for toxic individuals.

There is no secret of what causes cancer: toxic lifestyles, toxic diets, toxic environments, toxic drugs, and toxic emotions. What are you willing to do to save your health?
