How many of you have a “physical work out” routine? A routine where you run, do cardio machines, lift weights, hike..... How many of you have a “spiritual work out” routine? A routine where you meditate, go to church, belong to different like minded clubs.....How many of you have a “mind work out” routine? A routine where every minute of every day you are simplifying your thoughts to one line affirmations/mantras, giving yourself daily affirmations, using only a positive attitude, use mantra meditations (in a conscious state) and use your power of positive thinking.
For my “physical work out” I choose weight lifting and cardiovascular exercises. I started when I was in collage and really have never quit but what I did not do was use my “mind work out” to be the best my body could be, while doing my physical work out. I am now 45 and I have 11% body fat, eat for my body type and am I have a very balanced and open mind. I am only capable of this because I finally figured out that working out my mind was the missing component. Once I figured out I need to condition my mind I am free to be the best for myself, physically, mentally and spiritually.
I was brought up and baptized in a Protestant church for the first nine years of my life, at nine I was baptized in the Catholic Church, when I was 23 I sobered up in a 12 step program and chose to be baptized a “Born again Christian” These were the foundation or spiritual work outs I needed to release the spiritual being within. The whole and perfect being we all are but with a human condition. I am now a gather of information on different spiritual teachings and apply what my soul tells me is good for me. Because I choose to work out my mind with simple affirmations / mantras I have been able to remove the guilt and the box that all the humans have made for us, in a religious sense. Thank the Universe!!!!!!!!
What I was missing for the last 20 years was my “Mind Work Outs”. Oh I would work out my mind but in the sense that was so restricting I just could not see past the smoky glasses I was wearing. The worry, care taking, controlling limited beliefs I lived by were killing me softly. I always was a gatherer of information but once I gathered it I would try to live by the book that was offering the information, to a tee that I would literally beat myself up if I could not do it perfectly and then the result was to make myself physically, mentally and spiritually sick.
How did I change these human patterns or conditions? I stopped my brain from running a muk! How? I simplified everything that was taking place in my brain with one line positive Affirmations / Mantras.
I started dumping all my daily thoughts and then I would pump myself up with a one line Affirmation / Mantra. This was, for me, the easiest thing I have ever done to stop the “Mental Chatter”
Because of all of the above I have found my purpose and that is to teach all of you “HOW LIVE FROM WITHIN” with my 21 DAY GUIDE TO REACH YOU INNER SELF.
This simple and easy manual is changing individuals all over the globe.
Now is the time for you to work out your MIND and simplify you daily life or human condition.
This is where positive affirmations towards yourself come in. Using your daily affirmations, mantra meditations and motivational sayings, to yourself will bring back your power of positive thinking and positive attitude, therefore return you to mental peace
