When it comes to workout, motivation is the your best training couch. Sweating on a treadmill or exercising with weights in a fitness center is fun for the first few days, but who can stay motivated with the same old annoying routine? And then I do not even talk about those days when it's raining and the gray outside, or if you're just tired, then your fitness training is the first thing that comes from your 'to do' list. What is the way to stay eager to exercise? Follow these simple steps to keep your program. Start safely It is usually recommended to first talk to your doctor before you start a new training method, so that you do not do unsafe things. Also make sure you get a good explanation about the various types of sports and techniques. Make an appointment with a personal trainer at the nearby gym, or train with an experienced training partner to minimize the chance of injuries. Choose a sport or training method that you like Thirty minutes on a treadmill is pure torture if you actually prefer to walk outside or take a spinning lesson. It is essential that you make your sport into something that you enjoy, otherwise you will find it awful to make it a part of your life. If you like individual sports, such as skiing or running, you have to do that instead of classroom training. Set realistic goals If you are not sure whether you want to be fit, you will never be able to keep a training routine. Having clear and achievable goals , such as losing a kilo or ten for the holiday, will motivate you to go to the gym or to make that afternoon walk on days when you would actually want to throw away your sports shoes. One way to motivate you to work out is to sign a contract with yourself, in which you describe your goals. Reward yourself There is no better way to stay motivated to get fit than immediate reward. So when you arrive at half of your goal, reward yourself with a nice dinner or the new bag you wanted so badly. Share the achievement of your goal with family and friends, because if others see your progress it will motivate you to continue on your way to your ultimate goal.rnA way to reward yourself and your muscles after your training is by means of a protein shake. Be consistent with the times you train Choose to train at the time of day that you feel most energized yourself. If you are a morning person, train when you wake up. If you stick to a consistent training schedule your body will adapt, so that you are most efficient - and with the least exhaustion - at that moment of the day. Studies have been conducted into the effectiveness of training in the morning or evening and this shows that this is very individual. Sport when possible Did you know that six five-minute training periods can do as much as one thirty-minute training? That means that it is not bad if you can not do your training in one go; just divide your training throughout the day. For example, get out of a bus earlier, walk to work or to the supermarket, take the stairs instead of the elevator or walk through the park during your lunch break. Go from day to day The more gradual you start with a training plan, the more likely it is that you achieve your goals. Your body will adapt better if you start quietly, and you become stronger without hurting yourself. Avoid introducing too many changes in your way of life at the same time. For example, if you change your diet, stop smoking and also start with a complete training plan, then that is too much at once. Find a training partner or a training group Make two appointments per week to work with someone. If you have a friend who is waiting for you to go to the gym or go for a walk, you will not be able to cancel quickly. Write down your training appointments and come to an agreement as if they were work agreements. Vary your training It is good for you to include different elements in your training. If you do not adjust your workouts regularly, your body only trains certain muscles and you will not see a result anymore. You can avoid this by including a variety of strength training, flexibility training and cardio training in your training sessions. A weekly training plan can consist of swimming, jogging or walking in one day, weight training the next day, yoga, cycling, aerobics, etc.rnSkip a day! A sports obsession is just as bad as not exercising at all, because it is physically and mentally opposed. An important part of exercising is rest and restoring your muscles, so that you achieve the best results. Too much exercise can lead to overtraining and muscle breakdown. If you also allow yourself mental rest, you will not easily burn up, and you will much more likely stick to a long-term sports plan. Listen to your body, and if you have a not so good day, take it easy and let your body rest.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
