Nowadays everybody seems to have gimmicks that they want to sell you. From workout routines to exercise machines that don't work, there are still methods that have been around forever that still work the best. Please check out below.

Everybody at one time or another has purchased a gimmick machine that promises results quickly, only to find out the machine was cheap and broke. Or the product was not working the muscles. I know for a fact ab machines are known for this. Primarily working the neck and hips instead of the abs. This is not what we want in an exercise machine. You want results for your purchase and results for your hard work.

So now you're probably thinking right now, you are right - I have been through that and that is why I don't workout any more. All fitness equipment is junk or the real good equipment is way too expensive to own. Now the good news for people who want to workout and get in to shape. What you are looking for is a workout plan that works for you. Gets you in shape, works your body hard and does not take all day to perform.

There are three ways to exercise to get in to shape. They are cardio, aerobics and weight lifting. You need a workout routine that incorporates weight lifting to see great results. I'm not saying you won't see results with the other methods. I feel to transform your body and see instant results you need to lift weights. You can still do cardio or aerobics but also add weight lifting in to your workout routine. Now you don't have to lift heavy but workout consistently with weights to see progress.

There is a routine that I have been doing for years and also have trained both men and women at and you can do it in a very short time. I don't believe 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week is a lot to help you reach your goals. The workout routine is a full body program that works the whole body. What's good about working the whole body is that not only will you get stronger, add muscle, lose weight but the way were working your body you will be getting your cardio in also. This workout routine works and if you work out hard you will see excellent results.

So here is the workout routine.

1. Abs 2. Back 3. Chest 4. Shoulders 5. Arms 6. Legs

You will perform 1 set of each exercise and do 10 to 15 repetitions per exercise. Your goal should be 3 to 4 sets and 10 to 12 reps. You should be able to finish this workout routine in about 30 to 45 minutes. This routine you can do every other day, or 3 days a week.

Please use caution and take your time. Strict form on all exercises. If you are a beginner you need to start off slow and perform no more than 1 set for at least 3 months before moving up to 3 to 4 sets.

So there you have it you can do these exercises at home or at a gym. If you are working out at home you will need to buy some equipment. There are stores that have these items on sale all the time. I have given you a workout routine that I use and train people with who are busy with there lives but still want to workout.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
