Worst Chat Up Lines – What To Avoid When Chatting

Men have tried to attract women with chat up lines only to fail most of the time. In fact, some in society that a chat up line is the worst way to approach a woman with. Nevertheless, if a man chooses to use one, he should be reminded of the worst chat up lines to use. Here are a few examples:

• “Great legs. What time do they open?”
This line implies that an attractive, provocatively dressed woman in a bar is one who will have sex with a man easily. Besides, no woman who dresses so nicely wants to be belittled by a man at a bar.
• “Excuse me; I think you owe me a drink because when I saw you from across the room, I dropped mine. It was a rum and Coke, and I am James.”
The expectation from a woman is that a man should be buying her a drink, not vice versa. Also, the line gives the impression that a man is too cheap to buy her a drink anyways.
• “Can I buy you a drink or do you just want the money right now?”
No woman wants to relay the message to a man that being sexy means being slutty. The chat up line implies that she is.

• “Is your last name Gillette? Because you are the best a man can get.”
This chat-up line may be clever, but it will imply to most women that you are a man who take his dating cues from TV rather than from one’s life experiences.
• “You must be tired because you have been running through my head all night.”
This line may have been famously uttered by Will Smith on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, but it was acceptable to say back in the 1980s and 1990s. If one wishes to use a cheesy line, be original.
• “Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk past again?”
While some women may find the line comical, most will interpret the chat up line as one coming from a cocky man. However, any chat up line can work if a man is really good-looking.
• “Do you come here often?”
Though this statement may be made in a genuine manner, it will be interpreted to a woman as the man being a stalker. If one wishes to use this line, do so after one has started the conversation with a woman, not before it.
• “That shirt’s very becoming on you. Of course, if I were on you, I would be coming too.”
If a man wants to have a one-night stand with a woman, he should be direct about it. Ejaculation jokes only imply insensitivity and arrogance.

A woman can tell the difference between arrogance and cockiness, and this chat-up line is always seen as cocky. This is a sure winner for no attention from any woman.
