Everyone has understood how to meditate even once in their lifetime the true nature of the meditation even without knowing what the term means. When someone realizes momentarily the power of meditation, his or her mind quickly relapses to the way it has been gained. One cannot meditate by employing severe mental effort but by relaxing and understanding the way the mind works. To do this, meditators have to properly prepare their minds, the atmosphere and objectives. Beginners cannot meditate by being in a busy and noisy atmosphere. They need access to a quiet and serene place to keep their mind in meditative mood. Even though every person is breathing, they do not care about their breathing. It rapidly increases when people are angry, lustful or in an excited mood and quickly subsides when their minds are free of such emotions. Nevertheless, except those who are engaged physically in some task, the breathing rhythm that occurs when people are emotionally high can be soothed if they have practiced meditation. Nevertheless, beginners of meditation are unable to learn how to meditate for beginners without help from an experienced Guru or teacher. Only after knowing how to meditate for a while, will people be able to practice self- meditation well. Therefore guided meditation is very meditation for beginners. Guided meditation is now available with almost every yoga class through many isha yoga practices. Isha yoga is more into combining with universal energy or the source of creation. It means literally ‘internal action’. The method helps its followers to combine with the objective of his existence and advance through personal and spiritual channels. By practicing isha yoga, one is able to gain health, peace, dynamism, and overall well-being. The instructions on how to follow isha kriya yoga can be downloaded from many yoga websites and can easily be practiced by sparing a few minutes per day on the subject. In fact, many now practice yoga at home with help from related websites. They can down load CDs with yoga instructions and follow yoga at home. Sometimes TV channels also telecasts yoga at home programmes. They are not lengthy programmes and by just following 15 minutes per day, one can gain sufficient training of the process. From the beginning, the followers will not be able to concentrate much on meditation due to their untrained thoughts and thought patterns. For this, a series of physical postures are available and focusing on them, followers can keep their minds on certain subjects. They are trained in focusing their attention on their own breathing which is one of the ideal meditations to concentrate. On the other hand, objective of guided meditation is not to make everyone an expert of the method. Even a drop of spiritual consolation for everyone in the world can change their aspects of it to a great extent. The chaos that contemporary society faces are due to greediness, lust, anger, hunger, and every other ill-emotional causes can be rooted out through guided meditation if not entirely but to a considerable extent. Guided meditation was practised in the world for centuries. Many religious leaders have sought redress through meditation under their peers. Gauthama Buddha is but only one of them.
