The adolescent age is the transition in life. It's time for transitions in life, the age that marks the end of childhood and early adolescence. This major transition in life is marked by changes on the mental, emotional and physical. It is also the time when the responsibilities and expectations are rising.rnThe main problems at this time is that disturbances, emotional depression, anxiety, loneliness and lack of concentration. This young generation is in a mood to rebel against society and against tradition. Antisocial thoughts in the mind can grow and try to break the barriers of tradition and social norms. They always want a new means of expression and correct the injustice that we call them. On the physical level experienced many changes in their bodies such as the development of secondary sexual characters and sexual organs, and pumping of sex hormones in the body. These changes at puberty may be annoying if you do not realize and / or education about it.rnIt 'also a time when they feel the need for the expression of their sexual desire and energy. All these problems can be attributed to the imbalance in the emotional, physical, mental and panic. The pineal gland begins to degenerate at the age of eight years.
