You Are Insane - Deal With It

After much thought I have come to the conclusion that every human on the face of this planet is insane. Many of us strive to reach an unattainable goal; to be perfect in every way (I.E. physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.), and many look to the pack and morph themselves to fit the image of society. What I mean by this is that many people want to be like other people so they change themselves. You see someone successful and you act, or dress, or talk, or alter your look, etc. (it’s irrelevant how) to try and be like them because they must have done something right to get to where they are, no? Simple logic really.

But in this lies one of the many branches of insanity; the reality is that success is in innovation, hard work, and luck. Creation of something that was not previously in existence due to lack of resources, glitches, or it simply had not been thought of, but will become considered a virtual or literal “necessity” or a luxury that people want, will ultimately bring you success. Often times it will require hard work to turn this idea into reality, or even hard work in a broader sense to the average person working at their every day job. Hard work can, however, be trumped by luck, which in the end is often a large part of success. You get lucky enough; you go places. In the end success doesn’t come from copying others (for the most part), but rather being different, being unique, one could even say that oftentimes insanity itself can lead to success.

Is it a bad thing that we are all insane? Hell no! In fact, insanity itself drives innovation, which pulls the future that much closer to our reach. It also allows for life to spiced up, so to speak; it gives it flavor…and fun. So tell me, do you think I’m right? By definitio
I consider you insane, so tell me, are you? ;)
