“You Can Sleep Well”

You were up all night thinking, you can’t seem to shut off your mind. You take pills to try to get to sleep… but nothing seems to work. You’ve forgotten the one great spiritual principle “Keep Thy Mind Steady Upon Me.” It’s time to make a change, it’s time to see the light. It’s time to open the door and allow the healing power of divinity to flow through you like a sunrise moving over a mountain, thus everything will be wonderful… and you will sleep well.

All day long you use your mind as though it were some kind of computer… it’s not. Your mind is an interactive way for You to connect to Me (God, the Universe, and the Infinite Field) thus allowing yourself to be immersed in the healing power of love. When you were born you always had Me on your mind, in fact you never took your mind off of me. You were immersed in the moment, looking around and taking it all in, all you could see for miles was ME. But as the seasons past, you started taking in more knowledge and thinking all the time… and so you slowly started to forget how to be immersed in ME.

Right now I am here with you, but your mind somewhere else. You are thinking about the past, or thinking about the future. But thinking about the here-and-now where I exist has disappeared, vaporized into thin air. Your civilization values knowledge above wisdom, so you try to cram more knowledge into your head, more numbers, more ideas, more thoughts, more TV, more cell phone conversations, more interactions with computers, more, and more and more. And because of this… you have lost your way.

The one thing you’ve always wanted is peace. Yet all day long you do everything but create peace of mind. If you were immersed in Me you would hear the birds singing outside, you would see the leaves falling from the tree by your window… and you would hear My still small voice calling you.

I am always saying “Be here with Me, let go of all the rest, I am here for you.” Yet you never listen… and because of that you wonder why you can’t sleep.

I’m not blaming you, I see the trap you’ve fallen into, and now it’s time for you to remedy this challenge. You need nothing more tha
Me! You have so much in the way of material things yet you are not happy. That peace of mind I am talking about cannot be found in material things, it can only be found in Me. I am here with you always, I will never leave you, I am closer to you… than you are to yourself. Yet you never connect with me, your mind is always racing… going 1000 miles per hour. Has that busy mind brought you peace? No or course not! Your peace will never be found in mind, peace has always been, and always will be with Me.

It’s time for us to have an on-going conversation every moment of every day. It’s time for your mind to be totally immersed in Me in the here-and-now. I am all around you, I am the breeze you feel, I am the dove cooing outside, I am the trickling stream, I am the warm sun that caresses your face… I AM, THAT I AM.
Let go of all the other thinking, center your life on Me. I am here, I will make you feel good. I will remove all challenges and problems if you will only live here with ME in the here-and-now.

This is a major change for you, you have 20, 30, 40, 50 or more years of allowing your mind to runamuck. But it’s never too late, be here with Me now, you are reading now, be one with the words. Really feel what every word means, let go of the thinking you have to do something else. That’s the old way of being, now it’s time to change, now is the time to seize the day and start anew.
You know you want to be with Me, you can feel it in your heart. But you are afraid that if you live your life with Me, that you might lose out on something important… or lose something in the way of material things. Yet let me tell you this, if you are peaceful, other people will know you are peaceful, and they will be drawn to you. Just the opposite of what you are thinking, just the opposite of your fears, so let go be here with Me.

That doesn’t mean you can’t think now and then, just don’t allow your thinking to replace Me… that’s all! Always come back to Me, always know that you deserve the best, and need to be at peace. And once you really understand this nothing can stop you. Your life will bloom like an orchid in a tropical forest with a perfume that spreads across the land and around the world.
