rnMen does looking in the mirror worry you? Are your pants getting tighter? Do you sometimes consider buying a sports car - and then deny having a mid-life crisis? Well do not worry any more! I've worked with many male clients, and can attest that men can really look younger, sometimes up to 10 years younger, with the right tips. Without further ado - these are my top 7 "Man size" tips to looking younger: Tip 1 Get rid of or trim that facial fuzz. In case you're still living in the 80's, I have to warn you that mustaches are so yesterday! Please do not sprout one if you want any chance with the ladies. Beards can look great on a man, but make sure that they are very neat and tidy. If you have un an even growth, it may be better to simply have a goatee or or a little fluff under the bottom lip. A scraggly, uneven growth simply makes you look like you don't take care of your appearance. Tip 2 This is another hair tip and involves removing wild hair bushes from the eyebrows and the ears. Not only do these make you look ancient, they are very unpleasant - especially to women! Tip 3 Suck in that gut. As men get older they often gain wait around the stomach area. As well as not being very healthy, it is also very unattractive. Try and shed the weight, and in the meantime wear body shaping vests that push the gut in and give you a better looking physique. Also to reduce the look of your beer belly - avoid loose pants and or pants with pleets. These will simply add more bulk to the area. Tip 4 Guys of all ages should be well groomed. Having a good hygiene routine involving brushing the teeth twice a day, using mouth wash, showering daily, and wearing after shave are absolutely essential to having that youthful energy. It simple show's the world that you care and value yourself. Tip 5 Men learn to dress well! Now this may be easier said than done, especially if you've been living in a jogging suit for 10 years. If you don't know where to start with the latest fashions, simply go to a large clothing store and ask or beg the sales assistant for some advice. Also check out the shopping catalogues and look at what the models are wearing. I would recommend experimenting with a variety of colors and styles till you find a few that work. Tip 6 Get some energy! Folks around you can pick up your energy levels, and there is no way that you'll be considered 'hot' if your circulation is stone cold. Unfortunately this does mean that exercise coupled with a healthy diet are the way to go. The more fit and energetic you are, the more youthful you will appear. Tip 7 Keep a variety of interests. You're never going to appear young and energetic if you're stuck indoor with your stamp collection. Explore a whole world of interests and activities and keep your body and mind active. Would you like some more tips and techniques to looking younger, more attractive, powerful and seductive?
