Now, this is a big step for many of you to take, but I encourage you to take the step anyway! I encourage you to step into how powerful you are and how powerful your thoughts are in creating your experiences.
One of the areas where I notice people, including myself until recently, have much resistance in their lives is accepting the power of their thoughts and the connection to their life experiences. It seems easier to connect our (uncomfortable, miserable) circumstances to exte
al factors: the boy/girlfriend, the boss, parent(s), the government, the divorce and cheating husband or wife, etc. The list could go on and on. Actually, there will always be someone to point the finger of blame at, but does blaming someone else resolve the issue, enhance your experience and change it? In most instances, it does not. It just relieves you of your power and responsibility for your choices and experiences and possibly leaves you feeling like a victim.

What if you were able to accept that what you think about matters? What if you could go a step further and realize that each thought as an accompanying (invisible) vibration and as such, it is only what you think about that matters, and impacts your life?
There are several operating principles that are the foundation of this way of thinking and living. 1. That at the core of "being" we are all energy. While we have a body, we are not our body. While we have experiences we are not our experiences nor are we our clothes, positions, or status. All of these are simply standard accessory for being on Planet Earth. 2. Each of our thoughts has a signature energy vibration which can register from high on the scale as love, peace, bliss, joy, and ecstasy and as low as depression, with anger, frustration, and disappointment in between. 3. There are (unseen) universal laws, specifically the Laws of Attraction that are operating all around and responding to us.
When we can grasp these possibilities as our framework for thinking and living our lives, the power of our thoughts becomes apparent. When we accept that our thoughts register as an unseen, invisible vibration and that the law of attraction matches that vibration, we realize how power our thinking can be. We can literally and consciously point our thoughts in any direction we choose and trust that the law of attraction will match it. This is where it gets good.

How often are we mindful of the thoughts we are thinking? How often do we "choose" the thoughts we want to think? We understand this power when we consciously focus our thoughts on experiences that are comfortable for us and that produce results that are pleasing, for example, positive statements about ourselves, supportive comments about our achievement of our goals. At these moments, it's easy to say, "I created this!" We step into our power and feel responsible and powerful in our efforts and success. We accept that our focused attention, dedication, and energy aligned thoughts manifested perfectly!
However, when the experiences show up in our life that is uncomfortable and at times unbearable or unbelievable, the possibility of our having created it (through our thoughts) seems so farfetched. Many people say, no way would I create a job loss, the ending of an (unhappy) marriage of 19 years, or weight gain or poor health. No way!! And yet, this is when we forget the power of our thoughts not realizing our heartfelt complaints about the job, or our earnest prayer for resolve to a marriage, or our unconscious yet constant and frequent criticism of our body or ourselves, or our appearance has an impact on us. This is when it becomes a challenge to take responsibility for our thoughts and yet when we do, when we say, I created this" we step into our power as creators. Here is the key, when WE are the creators (in our lives), we can create something different. When we place the blame outside of ourselves, we think we have to wait for "them" to change or fix it, in order for us to be happy.

I guess that's the most important part of the article, is for you to realize that when you give your power away to others; when you make others responsible for your happy, health, peace of mind, joy, fulfillment, you give your power away and feel like victim. However, when you can say, okay, I don't like it, but I created it, so I'm going to get busy creating something different, you step into your power. The Law of Attraction is operating 24/7 and is unbiased, exact and powerful. Only YOU can create the change. Only YOU can attract your happy, joy, peace of mind because only you can think the thoughts to attract the experiences to you. No one and nothing outside of you has any power in your life, greater than you
