We are living in a time of expansion. We are feeling the energies shifting within us and all around us. This can cause feelings of uncertainty on many levels as we try to integrate new energies into ourselves. How can we adapt to the changes that are occurring and maintain a sense of balance, achieving harmony within our lives?
Each one of us is going through the process of ascension to some degree, and it is important to work with this process and raise our awareness so we can participate more fully in the changes occurring within ourselves. The more awareness you have about what you are moving through and why, the easier the transition. We are ready to get to know who we really are. Our souls are calling upon us to move out of the illusion we have been living in and move into the truth of who we really are.
As physical beings, we can sometimes forget we have a connection to our Divine Source. We tend to live our lives and work through our problems from our mind or ego, and this leads us to repeat cycles throughout our life. As we begin to answer our soul’s calling, we are moving into our own evolution. We are beginning to allow the merging of our soul and our personality or ego, which brings us into a more balanced state of being. The more we learn who we are in all aspects of ourselves, the more harmony we can acquire within. As physical beings, we need our ego and personality along with our higher self to create a unified whole within ourselves. When this occurs, we can then truly bring spirit into matter more fully here on earth.
Our ego and personality can be a driving force within our physical existence, as it can help us to achieve what our soul is guiding us to do. When we listen to the guidance of our higher self, and allow our personality to take action, unity is occurring within us. We have lived in the illusion that we were separate from our Divine Source, yet we know at a soul level that we are one with God and all living beings, and we all want unity with all of humankind. This is what our soul wants, and we can help our ego to understand.
To make this connection, we must begin to realize that we are worthy of it. Society has made us feel we aren’t worthy enough in many ways, teaching us to take on feelings of fear, insecurity, and lack. This is part of the illusion we have been taught to live. We have been taught that we have to strive to be something more, and what we need to feel within our hearts is that we are enough, just as we are. We don’t need to work to be something more than we already are; we are who we need to be. We just have to become aware of this reality and live in the knowing of our Divineness. We are exactly as we should be, in both our faults and our brightness. When we can see and feel this, we can stop struggling and let our true light shine through. Then, we will begin to achieve a sense of peace and confidence and feel our Divine connection more fully.
We are so much more than our 3-D reality allows us to believe. The potential we possess is unlimited once we realize we are the only ones placing limitations upon ourselves. This involves moving beyond our 3-D awareness, into the awareness of spirit within us and around us. We are an extension of Source; each one of us is a spark of God here on earth. How could this not be enough?
We can help ourselves move fully into this awareness by beginning to clear out whatever is keeping us from seeing our truth with clarity. Allow yourself to perceive what is keeping you from recognizing who you really are. As we move into this awareness, we allow energies that we have kept within us to be released, which allows healing to occur on many levels. This brings a new feeling of freedom. We lighten our load and begin to see with new eyes who we really are. We can then move out of the roles we have set for ourselves, and stop trying to become who we think we should be. Instead, we can allow all that we have experienced in our lives to be stepping stones that have brought us to a new awareness of our truth. We can feel gratitude for who we are and all we are a part of. As we move into this truth, this allows our ego to relax and strengthen within us. Our ego can then begin to see the role it can play within our life—to help guide us as we continue to listen to our soul’s calling.
Knowing that we are ete
al Divinity can bring a greater understanding and a greater compassion for ourselves and all humankind. You can make a conscious choice to live this reality and stand fully in your light, as you are now, have always been, and will always be.
