Your food could be making you sick

Has this ever happened?

You’ve just enjoyed a great meal, you feel great, but within minutes your stomach bloats and a slight headache rapidly turns into something more than mildly uncomfortable.

Or you reach for your favorite fruit after a run only to have the sudden urge to hit the bathroom shortly after eating the delectable fruit.

To “fix” the problem you grab a handful of antacids.
Quickly, the pain and bloating subside, but you’ve just masked the real issue; something you ate doesn’t agree with you.

This is incredibly common. Food allergies are a widespread problem and becoming more common by the day. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have named the eight most common allergenic foods including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts (which include walnuts), peanuts, wheat, and soybean.
Yet, using a list as a one size fits all can work against you. Granted, we do see that some foods are universally unhealthy even though we’ve been led to believe otherwise by big food manufacturers.

Digging deeper, you may be resistant to some foods considered very healthy. Take bananas. Most people are not sensitive to bananas. Yet, for others, bananas cause a great deal of discomfort.

Wouldn’t it be nice to know before consuming something if your body will respond positively or negatively to it? You can with a simple process called Muscle Testing.

Although simple, it’s not always easy to get it right.

Especially if you’ve not been shown exactly how to muscle test.

One of the most important things I teach my private clients is how to muscle test. This allows them to have more control over how they feel and their overall health.

Let’s start with what muscle testing actually does for you.
Muscle Testing Taps into The Power of Your Subconscious Mindr
Your subconscious mind, sometimes called the unconscious brain or the body-mind, holds and is continuously recording your existence. It’s in a state of “record on” day and night, recording every bit of information in your environment and every thought and emotion.

Your conscious mind can process only a tiny fraction of the information that the subconscious mind processes per second. The subconscious mind knows which stresses have taken your body to an energetically imbalanced state, as well as what your body needs to return to a state of balance and harmony.

The conscious mind is not usually aware of all the underlying stressors causing the body to be out of balance or unhealthy. We think we need to eat more broccoli, take vitamins, drink green smoothies, or avoid carbohydrates because that is what we hear in the media.

However, each person is unique and has specific nutritional needs that can vary with the seasons, the amount of stress they are experiencing, and, for a woman, the phase of her menstrual cycle. Your subconscious mind knows all this information and can communicate it to you easily!
