Your life is a spiritual journey to know your true Self. To live fully, you must discover who-you-really-are. You must get back in touch with your inner power. First, ask yourself these two questions. How strong is your desire? How willing are you to take action? You have enormous power for good in the world. But you must want to discover your true Self and reclaim your inner power. You must have desire and you must take action. Accept that you are more than your physical body. Modern science reveals that energy exists everywhere all the time. Energy connects each one of us and all living things. You are part of the infinite Energy that fills the Universe. This Source Energy flows through you. You are a magnet that attracts energy and projects energy. Your every thought vibrates and attracts. You are an energetic physical being with non-physical roots. The great sacred traditions teach this universal wisdom. You are a limited ego self and an unlimited Divine Self, the Source of all manifestations. You cannot know your Divine Self through intellect and reasoning. But you can have a direct experience of knowing. Pay attention to your breath and raise your spiritual energy. Yogis have used breath work for millennia to calm mind and emotions. The process can be simple. Sit comfortably in a quiet space. Focus on your breath for 10 minutes or more. Breathe in a long, slow, effortless manner. Relax into each exhale. You will emerge with a clear, focused mind and a more peaceful center. The link between breath, life and the divine appears in both Eastern and Western spiritual texts. Breath connects you with the essence of your Being. For this reason breath awareness is a major component of meditation practice. With each breath you draw in the Source Energy that creates worlds. You raise your spiritual energy. You increase your vitality and well-being. Awareness of your breath is the powerful key to alignment with your Source Energy, your Divine Self and who-you-really-are. Spend quiet time alone and discover your true Self. You live in an action-oriented world. You stay busy from morning to night. But so much over activity takes its toll. You lose your peaceful center. You forget who you really are. You are here on Earth to know yourself as a Divine Being and live with this consciousness. Accept where you find yourself right now. By doing so, you release emotional disquiet and raise your spiritual energy. Explore meditation as a life practice. It restores the body, calms the mind and empowers the spirit. Meditation develops an awareness of your true Self. It is a way of knowing your deepest thoughts and feelings. You may prefer walks alone in nature or walking meditations. A walk in nature puts you in touch with the rhythms of the Earth. You feel connected to something larger than yourself. There is no one way to practice meditation. What matters is that you set time aside each day to align with your Divine Self. At times life can feel like a treadmill. With meditation you step off life’s treadmill and connect with your true Self. Your focus clears. You gain clarity of intention and purpose. You align with your inner power. You return to the world refreshed and ready to share your gifts. You live with a sense of meaning and purpose for your existence.
