Your Underlying Beliefs Are Calling The Shots, Leader – Here’s How To Manage Them So That you Create Wealth In Abundance

Life is not happening to you… You are happening to it! You, with every thought, are creating your experience of life… It can sometimes feel untrue that this is the way life works and yet it is… You really are more powerful than you give yourself credit for… It all originates with your decision to think a certain way and then react to that way of thinking with an action that takes you closer to creating your internal reality. And it can be hard to get control of your internal reality because you have been trained and led to believe that things happen to you and that you have to react, react, react to them rather than create a new reality. One that suits you better… One that serves your bigger purpose… Leader, your every thought is created in a belief system that helps or hinders you… For instance, you may tell me that you want to create more wealth for you and for yours … And you may even get super excited about it… And you may come work with me to learn new strategies to promote yourself and get you out of the work that is boring you to death and keeping you from living fully out your purpose… And then, days go by and you do not implement the first technique I give you and why? Because deep down inside, beneath all the excitement about what you want to create is an internal belief that you just cannot live ‘THAT’ life… ‘THAT’ life where you get to call the shots, where you get to create as much wealth as you want… It seems good enough for some other people and for a second there, you managed to shut down your inner doubts about how real it can ever be for you but now, that internal belief is rearing its ugly head… You think it comes down to whether you deserve it or not… You think that some past story keeps you from ever experiencing the joy of a ‘ Because I want to‘ life… And so as that past story continues to work its magic on your subconscious, you find yourself unable to start or maintain taking action… And you get all frustrated with yourself or worse, you blame some exte al party… But until you handle that deep belief about what is possible for you, you will continue to recreate it. Your lack of action will cause your deep belief to become a reality and you will then confirm to yourself that ‘THAT’ life is not for the likes of you. And you will claim to have tried… But then you will return to your existence, doing what you have always done and trying to find peace in the disappointment of things not working out for you. OR maybe, you do not believe, deep down, that your higher power wants you to create wealth in abundance because then you would be naughty, greedy and bad… Again, your exte al actions will follow the thought process of not wanting to offend your higher power and again, the result is the same… you get to keep the life you do not want any more… Can you start to see why you do not get the results you want? Most gurus and coaches are focused on the exte al actions you must take to get results and the truth is, they are completely right! COMPLETELY RIGHT! You must take those actions… Business growth literally is that simple… You must do all that stuff if you want to get the result of a ‘Because I want to’ life with all the luxury and money… However, you are not doing that stuff… Or maybe you are doing some of the work but not in enough quantity or quality because you are holding back due to these underlying beliefs about what you are allowed, what is right, what is wrong and whether you will be punished… Leader, you gotta take back control of what is happening in your subconscious… Managing your internal beliefs takes effort and discipline… Sometimes, a lot more than most people are willing to give it… But we are not most people, are we? We pinpoint the root of our lack of action and we get it handled by turning these beliefs around to suit the life we are choosing to create… We continually take action while deliberately designing a new internal reality and given enough time, we create a new exte al reality. We refuse to settle for the status-quo or settle for what anyone told us is to be our lot forever… We choose to create a life and a business doing work we love. Why? Because we want to and because we can. And nothing, not even ourselves, is allowed to get in the way of this… We choose to fully be ourselves and to be it NOW! So, leader, take a look at what you are thinking now… When those thoughts of doubt and fear assail you… Look beneath them to see what is causing the thoughts to take hold… Handle the belief you find there… Turn it around… Reframe it… Make it empowering… And then from that empowered place, take action in abundance… Action plus clarity creates wealth.
