Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s weight gain after her post pregnancy period has stirred a row in the international press. Every magazine, every newspaper and every fashion and celebrity related blog and site is discussing her ease with her weight gain when all other international celebrities are rushing to treadmills to get their pre pregnancy bodies.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a hot topic these days. The curves of her have left even our very own curvaceous beauty Vidya Balan behind. Actually, is it more than just curves of her body that are making the news. Chubby cheeks were fine, but here we are talking about her doubled chin, flabby arms, and the post pregnancy weight gain. Six months ago she had a baby girl, and after that she took a break from the film industry. Recently she appeared in Cannes Film Festival and since then newspapers, magazine and social networking sites are commenting on her weight gain. When every international celebrity is rushing to get back her pre pregnancy body by losing the weight, 38 year old Indian beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan seems in no hurry to shed it. She is looking as confident and calm as she was in her earlier appearance in same event last year. To see Aishwarya’s former appearances in Cannes, buy exclusive images of her.

We have also seen some other Indian beauties like Sonali Bendre, Tara Sharma, Kajol, Karishma Kapoor etc. with a super toned body in their screen appearance lately. But they all came back to the big or small screen with sexy figures after spending a good time with their babies. During that time they had really concentrated on their babies than their figures. But we obviously are used to see the international beauties stepping out from maternity ward in skinny dresses. Jessica Alba is one of the finest examples, if we are discussing these moms. She gave birth to her second daughter on August, 2011 and within two weeks we saw her back in her pre pregnancy shape, all thanks to yoga, breast feeding and watermelon on which she lived off while she was carrying (as she claims).

We have never see
Victoria Beckham with chubby cheeks. This 38 old former spice girl is a mother of four. Just after few weeks she delivered her fourth child, a baby girl, Victoria Beckham was spotted in short skirt with size zero figure and toned pair of legs. Same goes with gorgeous Angelina Jolie. Have you seen movie “Salt”? Can you say the sexy Russian spy in the movie has just delivered the twins? Yes that is true! Angelina Jolie started working for this movie just after six months she gave birth to her twins. In fact she was back in her shape within 19 days after her delivery.

In the rush to get a toned figure, Katie Homes turned to a skeleton once but thanks God; she ultimately got the figure she wanted. And what can we say about Heidi Klum. This super model was on the runaway, doing catwalk in lingerie, just few weeks after her delivery! We all know and it is scientifically proven as well that post pregnancy is not the time to eat food for two but it is also not a good time to spend your days with treadmill and not with your baby. No matter what world press says but it is now proved that when an Indian celebrity says that she is enjoying her time with her baby, she definitely means it. You can also buy latest Bollywood images related to Aish and other Indian celebrities like Lara Dutta, Shilpa Shetty etc .who are enjoying their motherhood like anything.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
